Ginger and Porto wine with chocolate | Ep 32
Introducing this two chocolates is curious, when I found them on Arcadia shop, here in Lisbon, I was more focused on picking up a box with the best flavors, but the presentation of this pair surprised me and decided to give it a try.
Besides the first impression, I always thought that chocolates with alcohol are not my thing when I tried to let one surprise me I end up disappointed, in fact, I can only recall one rum chocolate made in Colonia Tovar (Venezuela) that I honestly enjoyed.
Looking back at things, I think that is not just a matter of the alcohol, I think it is how it is presented to the palate, that is why the best in this chocolate world are the unique combinations that it can have and how it is perceived differently for everyone.
