HOKA NAZ Elite coach Ben Rosario takes you through a different kind of fartlek than perhaps you're used to. He uses Nick Hauger's recent workout as an example; three minutes hard, three minutes float. The "hard segments" are at lactate threshold effort, and the "float" segments are at a pace that's one-minute per mile slower.
