Chapter 1: The Dr. Ben Adkins Backstory
This Chapter you will get an inside look into the upbringing of Dr. Ben Adkins in a small town in Arkansas.  You will get a walk through of how he decided to become a Chiropractor and how he went from owning his own Practice to running his own Agency helping small businesses market on Facebook.   Chapter Break Down:  0:32. The influence Ben's parents had on his decision to become a Chiropractor. 3:20. After Chiropractic school Dr. Ben went to work at a Chiropractic Office and Mattress Store. The times he spent there gave him the time to research ways to market a practice of his own.   4:40. After opening his own Chiropractic Practice he found great success in his marketing abilities.  He soon found fellow businesses owners looking to him for advice, and from there his Agency was born.   6:18. Early on in the agency Ben quickly made mistakes with running the business, but learned from those mistakes and restructured the types of services his agency offered.   7:28. How I finally figured it out and it all had to do with offering simple micro services that could quickly be automated.  For more about starting your own Micro Service Business Check out Closer's Cafe: www.closerscafe.com

Chapter 2: My “Micro Service” Business Philosophy.
In this Chapter I'm going to be talking about my business philosophy. If you sit down, listen to what we are doing,  you will find that what we are teaching you is really quite easy and it's something you can build for yourself.   My Business philosophy is that I offer micro services that are less expensive than what they are already paying someone else to do for them. The set up time has to be two hours or less and then once it is set up, software can run everything automatically.  And this type of business can be repeated over and over again.   Chapter Breakdown:   0:48  Setting up a new client must be 2 hours or less.    1:42  Once the client is set up, I choose software that can run 99% of the tasks. Meaning my time is then freed up to go close more clients.  3:55. How to find a Niche.  I Find a Niche that needs help and one than can be repeatable across the board.    5:14. Once I find the right Niche I work tirelessly to  create a service template for just that niche. And then I sell that service over and over again to non competing businesses.  For more information about starting your own Microservice Business check out Closer's Cafe: www.closerscafe.com

Chapter 3: The Micro Services to Provide.
In this Chapter I am going to walk you though the 4 things that my agency does.   1: Social Content and Scheduling  2: Websites  3: Email Newsletters 4. Weekly Video Show  The key is that we want to provide services that your clients don't have the knowledge or time to do it themselves.   The Chapter Break Down: 2:47 Part 1: How to provide Social Content and how to use a scheduling software to make this process automated going forward.   11:47 Part II: Websites (built from a common template and easily customized to fit the business) 17:51 Part III: DFY Email Newsletters.  Email Newsletters are a great way to get someone who is already a fan of your business, back into your office, by reminding them of what you have going on.     25:00 Part IV Weekly Show. This service will bring in a lot more of a monthly income, but it will also require a lot more of your time.  This service is getting our clients on a weekly video teaching their viewers something specific about their industry.   If you want more about starting your own micro service business visit Closer's Cafe: www.closerscafe.com

Chapter 4: How to Get Clients.
In this Chapter  we are going to talk about how we actually go out and get clients.  This chapter will be one of the longest, but it is packed full of great ways to get yourself out there, meeting new people that you have not had to opportunity to meet before and start getting clients signed up with your agency.  And the way that I go about getting clients, is actually fun.   Chapter Break Down:  5:01 Part 1.Donut Drops- This is how we get past the Gatekeeper and deliver something sweet and different than any other sales person walking through their door.   16:05 Part 2.Facebook Lives. This is the number one things you can do from home.  It's easy to get in front of lots of people, give them great information and come off as someone who genuinely wants to help people.   23:27 Part 3.Chamber of Commerce. This will be one of your most effective tools if you know how to leverage it.  This key with the chamber is to give as much as you will be getting.  In this section I will walk you through several ways to use the Chamber to your advantage.   32:08 Part 4.Civic Organizations.  This is one of my favorite ways to get clients.  In just about every single town, there will be a civic organization that you will be able to get involved in and help with a good cause.   37:45 Part 5.Charity.  I believe as business owners that it is our duty to start giving to charities. Now that may mean money, but that could also mean time.  And getting involved in a local charity is a great way to meet other business owners that are involved in that charity that you normally wouldn't have ever met.   42:08 Part 6. Book that helps them fix a problem. This is more of an advanced topic.  This should be thought of after you have been going a year or so.  This is a great way to establish yourself as the go to person to solve a problem.   45:47 Part 7. Magazine that helps fix a problem.  This is also more of an advanced topic, but it's extremely effective.  A magazine is 10-20 pages and it's much easier for a client to get through it quickly.   For more about starting a micro service business check out Closer's Cafe: www.closerscafe.com

Chapter 5: What to Say in a Sales Meeting.
This one is tough for people.  This is the part that people get terrified of, the sales part.  And the way that most people go about sales, I get it.  But I'm going to show you what you need to say in a sales meeting to make the conversation flow naturally and get your potential client to answer the tough questions themselves without it feeling pushy.   Chapter Breakdown:  4:54  1. How do you get new customers? This will be one of the first things we discuss in our meeting.  This is a great way for me to learn what they are already doing, because I don't want to pitch anything that they already doing.   5:59  2. How busy are you right now? This question lets me know where they are right now and if they are happy with where they are or if they are looking to grow.   6:44. 3. How busy would you like to be? This is where we physcologically start to draw the path to where they want to be and how they can get there.  This will also be how you will be able to measure actual success of what you will be doing for them.   7:26. 4. How quickly do you want to get that busy? This question will help you walk them through if what they want to do in the amount of time that they want to do it, is possible with or without outside help.   7:45. 5. What’s holding you back? What in their mind is keeping them from getting to the number they are trying to hit.   8:11. 6. Fast forward 12 months... What has to happen for you to be happy about your progress in your business? This is a continuation of what is holding you back?   8:29. 7. Would you like some help getting there? When they say yeah, they want your help, then you can start deciding which of your services they need the most right now, by some of the answers they gave before.   Want more information about starting your own Micro Service Business visit Closer's Cafe www.closerscafe.com

Chapter 6: How to get to $1000/Month.
If you've ever ran a business you know it doesn't look like you have won the lottery overnight.  It is a slow progression that builds up over time. This chapter is all about doing the little things, every week that help us build up to our first goal of making $1,000 per month.   The Chapter Breakdown:  1:30 We want to charge a small set up fee and a monthly charge for helping businesses with services mentioned in Chapter 3 .  Doing these monthly services you will need 5 clients at $199/month.  In order to close 5 clients, you will need to get in front of at least 100 people.  And closing 5 clients in the next 60 days is your goal.   8:52. You will not want to start out selling your most expensive service.  You will want to start out by selling a low price, easy to digest service that will relieve a stress that your potential customer is having in their business at the moment.  If you get a client signed up with a low ticket service now, you will be able to upsell them a higher ticket service down the road, once you have established a working relationship.   For more on building your own Micro Service Business visit Closer's Cafe www.closerscafe.com

Chapter 7: How to Scale to $100K + A Year.
In this chapter we are going to talk about how you go from $1000 a month in sales to $100 K in sales a year.  There are a couple of different ways I teach you how to do that and that is by gaining more client at the $199 a month service or you start to lock in a second service for the clients who are already paying you for one service already.   1:51.  This service is probably the most cut and dry.  You go from 5 to 10 clients to 50 clients at $199/month and that will take you to the  10k a month.  You just repeat what you were doing over and over again.   2:53. This is what I feel is the best and the easiest way to get to the 10k per month .  And that is to go back to your existing clients and sell them a second service that has a higher ticket price.  They already like you and appreciate the work that you are doing for them, all you need to do is offer them another service that will help them with something else.   For more about running a micro service business check out Closer's Cafe: www.closerscafe.com
