Looking for the Positive
Most people have a strong tendency to always focus on the negative things that happen to us, or the things that we shouldn't do, or the goals that we didn't make. The fact is that if we focus on the positive things instead of the negative, we will stick with things longer, feel better about our progress, and will be happier people in general. This is what I'll be talking about today.
