This is an inner child healing meditation, and before we get started, I did want to mention, that for those who did experience trauma in their childhood, while this meditation can be very cathartic, it can also be quite triggering - so go about this process with an immense amount of self-compassion and trust when the timing is right for you. if at any point you feel that it is beginning to feel like too much, gently and kindly pull back... nurture yourself with warmth and return to the process when you feel called to do so.

⁣⁣After reflecting a lot on Mother’s Day and doing some reading this morning on the importance of the initial birthing process and those first years of infancy, I was prompted to create a re-birthing meditation as a means to heal our root chakra. It is that initial moment of entering earth and the warmth and nurturing that (hopefully) we are granted that really lays the foundation for our trust (or mistrust) in the universe. Were we embraced with Love and warmth? Were we made to feel safe and secure in that scary and uncertain moment, coming out of the womb? Mother’s Day can be a very triggering day for many, for many various reasons. How does one reclaim their essential and foundational trust when it was never given to them as a child? How does one begin to heal their root chakra and reclaim their sense of worthiness and belonging? This guided meditation was made as a means for you to re-create that experience for yourself as if you were being birthed by Mother Earth herself so that you can begin to heal the root chakra and to reclaim your sense of security. It is the very healing of the root chakra that will allow ourselves to heal every other aspect of our lives. Welcome a space of compassion as you ease into this process, stopping and starting as many times as necessary. And remember: you are worthy. You are divine.

Hello! In this episode I talk all about the upcoming Full Moon in Scorpio, happening on May 7th. In very Scorpio fashion, we can expect this full moon to be a very deep and transformative one. In working with this full moon, we will want to incorporate both the energy from the sun and the moon, as they sit in opposite signs in the sky. This time, we will be working with Scorpio and Taurus. I chat on how we can use this full moon to further explore the depths of our own souls. I then go into the other astrology hotspots going on in the first half of May, to give us a guidance on the energy to come and how we can best use it to, again, explore ourselves. In this episode, I explore astrology further by diving into the planet Saturn so that we can understand each of its lessons and themes. In understanding the planet Saturn, I set the stage for then further understanding the Saturn Return. Our Saturn Return is a spiritual process, which really transforms and catapults us into the next phase of our life. It comes with many hard lessons, but invites deep, deep growth. Saturn recently shifted into the sign of Aquarius on March 21, 2020 and this is where it will stay until March 7, 2023 (with a quick retrograde in between).
