I couldn’t articulate the message that I wanted to share. So I did some different I actually stopped. Then I took a moment to share with you what happened and what was really going on. So I hope that in this episode you take away the same thing I took away. When something isn’t there it’s OK to walk away from it.

Does your narrative dictate your recovery?

Can you trigger presence?
