Phil "Jiu-Jitsu Matrix" Migliarese is a 5th degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Grandmaster Relson Gracie. Phil owns Balance Studios in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and has been training BJJ since the early 90s when the Jiu-Jitsu scene was just beginning in the United States. In addition to training Jiu-Jitsu, Phil is a master Yogi and a world class Yoga instructor who has traveled the world studying different Yoga styles. Phil developed a DVD called Yoga for Fighters which has benefited both martial artists and non-martial artists alike.
