Muzammill is a third-year medical student with a master’s in psychology, certification in nutrition, and a bachelor’s in business. He founded the plant-based club at his medical school in Canada and the Plant Prescription Podcast with his co-host. He runs the IG account @dr.plantbased and the website drplantbased.ca.

Muzammil has a great plant-based transition guide on his website and you can download it for free. 

He is on a mission to make sure evidence-based nutrition reaches more medical students around the world.
