#15. (Part 2) Teaming Up to Build Skullcandy and Traeger Grills with Jeremy and Kristin Andrus by Chandler & Doug Leonard

In this episode we chat with Jeremy and Kristin Andrus about their experiences dating and starting a family together all while Jeremy was working on early stage startups and Kristen was working in Sales. They both hold their own in their individuals spheres of influence which makes it fun to see how they leverage each other's strengths to build awesome things together both inside and outside of the home. In this second part of our conversation with Rian and Sid Krommenhoek they share their story of fulfilling their dream and moving their family to China only to have to return to the U.S. when their 3rd child was born with a serious medical condition. Their story is heart wrenching but also hopeful. This couple went through a major life trial all while building a startup that was eventually acquired.
