Episode 286: "About apples, business and consistency" - Fabienne Raphael
Let’s say that you are trying to eat more fruits and to start with, your nutritionist suggests that you eat one apple a day. Will you actually eat one apple a day or you will wait at the end of the week and eat 7 apples in a row? The answer is obvious, right? So... Why then so many people expect to get quick results by giving a big boost instead of focusing on consistent daily actions implemented towards one goal? Because consistency is hard work? Seriously. It will cost you so much more to use the boost method than to be consistent. My thoughts on this topic right here, in this episode.

Episode 284: "How to Attract your Tribe with Authenticity" - Kamila Gornia
So many people are mistaking people online. By faking the person that they are. So they can get your money. And give you a bitter feeling after you bought their service... The concepts that we talk about are pretty simple, but not always so easy to implement. It seems that many people are afraid to fully express who they are, wondering if their audience will actually like them... I was like that when I started... It took me some time and mindset shift to finally put myself out there... And this is when changes have started to occur in my business and that people felt more attracted to my message. So this interview with Kamila is filled with insights that will definitely help you while you are building your business and preparing your corporate exit. Enjoy! Episode 283: "If you don't have that, you are missing out on something: big time!" - Fabienne Raphaël
There is a major struggle going on out there among the majority of people wanting to start a business. They don’t want to invest. They believe that they can build a million dollar business by learning all there is online for free. They see the investment in trainings, coaching or building a strong team as an expense instead of an investment. And that’s because their decision making is selfish. Let me explain. They are missing the one and unique quality in business that will make them do extraordinary things. They are missing the empathy. This is the ability to put yourself in someone else’s place, so you can understand and view things from their standpoint. Let me give you an example. When you decide to take care of all your designs even if you are not a graphic designer, you are saving your own money, but you don’t think about how your audience will view your stuff. When you voluntarily consume all the free content on one topic instead of buying the best training there is or hiring the best coach to help you, you are not serving your audience the best way you can. You are not being an empath. You see things only with your own eyes. Not theirs. The videographer will be surprised that a couple doesn’t hire him for their wedding and delegate to their friend… But that same videographer will not invest into a copywriter to make sure that his website has the best copy… My point is this. For each and every business decision that you take, picture yourself as your dream client : What will be his/her experience? His/her thoughts when consuming your content? His/her opinion when you deliver your service? His/her trust in getting the results? Now. Picture yourself buying a product/service from a business that you love. Why do you love that business so much? Think about your audience first. Don’t let the « impression of saving a few bucks » ruin your dream client’s experience.
