As a restaurant owner, what is the biggest frustration you have in your business right now?
In today's Making Dough Show episode, I will share with you, based on our own experience, how your frustrations can lead to your freedom.
When you are a restaurant owner, getting frustrated is quite easy, that's just a fact! All you got to do is to look around you -a piece of equipment breaks; you got a no call, no show; you received a nasty review online; you walked into your filthy restroom, and the list goes on and on.
Our mission here at Making Dough Show is to help you run a profitable restaurant that does not run you. As an entrepreneur, you still need to learn how to take control of your life.
During our first few years in the restaurant business, we were like slaves of our restaurant. We were working for long hours, and we would get calls all the time. There were even some instances when we needed to leave our guests in our own house to help out in the restaurant operations.
Those were the days when we felt incredibly frustrated, exhausted, and sometimes embarrassed. We had no life until we've come to a point when we realized that we wanted freedom.
Fast forward to the present, this freedom that is once, only a vision for us, has now become a reality. We are now enjoying spending most of our time with our family. We are no longer captives of our restaurant operations.
