Interview
George Veater – George was raised on a cattle ranch in Coarsegold, California. As the oldest boy of 5 children, George learned the value and necessity of hard work from a young age. After playing football and wrestling in High School, George found his real passion in the sport of Rodeo. He was a District Champion Saddle Bronc Rider in High School, and then was offered a full scholarship to compete in collegiate rodeo. After serving a Mission for the LDS church in Louisiana, he pursued his education and continued following his Rodeo dreams. During his college years, George was recruited by A.L. Williams, a financial marketing company headquartered in Duluth, Georgia. He quickly found success, and while still in his early twenties, was promoted to a National Sales Director responsible for more than 250 people in his organization.Things changed as this company was sold to a division of Citicorp. George decided to focus his attention on building a more traditional financial planning business as a Financial Consultant. Over the years he has acquired more than 400 high net worth clients all over the U.S. and built a team of professionals he considers the most competent in the industry. He and his family continue to run cattle on his family ranch and plans to carry on that tradition for at least a few more generations.
