10 REASON HE MAY NOT COMMIT Part A
So a few years ago, I had a chance participate in a situation. Situation, situations, I cant call it a relationship because of my behavior and her behavior not really resembling any behaviors  of a successful relationship.? The ship just sailed away from the relation.. We both didn’t put in the work to call it a relationship. Even though we was together , i can vividly remember times of being the loneliest ever in my life.    I remember trying to find ways to sabotage our situation just to separate myself from her, so I would not have to be responsible and do what’s right by her in the situation . I found ways to listen to bad advice....   How am I going to reach out to a person who has never been in a relationship on how to handle my intimate dealings with her from people who lack the experience  to inform me properly . I found ways to make poor excuses of why she might not be the one. Even as I think about my actions, i want to say sorry for wasting so much of her time . It’s almost criminal but definitely malicious when i look at the whole picture of how a relationships suppose to be.     So anyways, she was Great woman, smart, intelligent, educated ? Hard working . Even the sex was good. She had her own car, owned a condo with a job making at least 65,000 a year. I won’t say her job title , but just know she was  in A corporate office , with plenty of floors and plenty of opportunities to communicate with people across the world. Even my mom and grandma liked her.    I could go on and on about how perfect of a woman she was, but if she was that perfect why didn’t I choose to be with her forever. Why didn’t I choose to do what it take to keep her close in my life. Why would i make the mistake and lust over other women who would never bring as much value to my life. Why would i waste so much time trying to figure out if she the one.  If she the one, why is it still a debate in my brain.  I get the question daily of why won’t a man fully commit . I’m willing to spill the beans on one condition , if those listening are willing to reflect upon their flaws.    I’ll give you a moment .........     10 reason why a man won’t commit..... In no way shape or form is this design to attack the character of any man or woman trying to figure out their through relationships. It’s no book out here, so we must continue learn, discuss, and develop dialogue to get this right .     ---------------------- No commitment    1) He’s Not Over His Ex  Well, of course he says he’s completely over his ex. There’s even a chance he believed it himself too – and that it took getting involved with another woman for him to realize he wasn’t. While it’s difficult to admit to yourself – and to each other – that you could be his rebound girl, it’s best to discover the truth as early as possible. Look for signs of his lingering feelings – especially if an unusually short amount of time has passed between that relationship and yours. The number one sign: a fridge-mounted or framed photo of his ex that has yet to make it to the back of the drawer. 2) He Had a Bad Experience with his Ex  If he’s still bearing the scars from a bad breakup, chances are that he’s not ready to leap into another one. Depending on how badly that relationship ended, it could take him some time to realize that you’re not going to cause the same damage. Right now, he may be looking for signs that it’s all going to go to hell in a handbasket – and, of course, the more he looks, the more he’ll find. It’ll take a fair degree of patience on your side to get beyond this. 3) There’s Someone Else in the Picture  If you’ve not officially declared yourselves “exclusive” or if your boyfriend has a history as a double-dater, he could be sidetracked by other opportunities. Some men like to keep their options up in the air for as long as possible before making a decision, and unfortunately, you could be the unwitting victim. Watch out for the obvious signs – mysterious schedules, dubious stories, regular periods when he is incommunicado – and if you’re still concerned, ask him straight out. 4) He’s Totally Happy with His Life  Despite dipping their toes into the dating pool, some men actually don’t want a girlfriend. Sure, he may enjoy the companionship and those other relationship benefits, but only as an adjunct to the rest of his life. If his priorities are his friends, his hobbies or even his basic “me” time, he’s only going to have a little extra room for the joy and wonder of you − which is fair enough, unless you’re wanting a more central position in your partner’s life. If you do, you may have to look elsewhere. 5) It’s All About the Money  Money can be an issue in many relationships, but it can also stop a man from committing to a relationship in the first place. Maybe his focus is on work and he wants to become more established and earn a decent wage − maybe own his own home too − before channeling his energy and time into a relationship. Or perhaps he’s seen firsthand how a divorce can destroy a man’s financial standing, and he’s just not ready to take that risk. In the first case, he’ll need to know that you understand his ambitions and that you won’t get in the way; in the second, offering a prenuptial agreement (while it may not sound romantic) could put his mind at rest.

Pilot Episode - Quality over Quantity Time in Relationships
How I use these 4 thought processes to develop a better understanding of Quality time over quantity time in relationships   Story Line     A few months ago, I had a chance to discover a concept unknown to me ever before. I reached for my keys and drove to my lady’s home. I called her phone; while on the way and asked did she want something to eat? She said, “Sure, bring me some Cookout”. I said, “cool” and ran to Cookout to get a tray and some fruit punch.   Meanwhile, I was in the car thinking of some rhymes and what would be my plans for the next day. She was writing a beautiful idea for the next social gathering between her family and mine. It’s about 11pm, by the time I arrived to her place and the local news was on T.V. I asked her did she want to watch Power, I had bought season 4 from Best Buy and wanted to see it all before season 5 came on the Internet.   She really didn’t want to see Power because she already seen season 4 and she really wanted to watch the news that night for some reason. I had been working all day, so I was sleepy any way and went to sleep on the news and my lady who had been waiting patiently on my arrival.  She has the “stank” face because I missed the understanding about quality time over quantity time.   After we wake up, the moment occurs where she developed a silent tantrum and I was suppose to understand why she mad without her ever saying a word. The short answers, body language was different , paying more attention to the phone, walked out the door without even saying good morning .   I’m thinking to my self, what did I ever do to her, I bought her food last night? Shit, she should appreciate a good guy for coming in right? I didn’t’ curse her out, nothing; so why she mad? I say whatever to my self and go ahead with my day as I planed last night. A few hours pass and she didn’t hit me up for lunch like she normally does, so then it hits my brain like she is really mad for something, but at this point I still don’t know what it is she could be mad about, after all I did get her some Cookout. I even put cheese on the burger for her just how she likes it. So a few days pass by and I forgot all about it and I receive a text message explaining what part of the ship I missed when it came to why she was mad.   Understanding from the Storyline First, as a man I have to understand the difference between being appreciated and doing what I am suppose to do as a man because it’s the right thing to do. Many times because our egos are so high, we expect praise for everything we do from our woman. We expect for the woman to show appreciation because let’s say the ratio is so disproportionate and she will never be able to find another better. When in actuality, she probably could find anybody she would like, she just choose to stick it out because she really loves the man. Next, I discovered the definition of balance as it applies to a relationship.  Time management is everything when it comes to being in a relationship. Designating time for rhymes, and other plans should be just as important to spend quality time with the woman we claim to love. The balance between the outside world and the world within the relationship is everything to keep a relationship going at full steam. Balance is a concept I had to learn and still a challenge to maintain the balance within the chaotic life of Ike Ellis. You could spend 30 seconds with a person they will remember for the rest of their life or four hours with a person and either person pay any attention to the other persons. Quality time over quantity time any day, any woman will tell you they want. Even though you work hard in a day’s time, a man has to find the time to spend quality time with the woman they claim to love. People on this earth do exactly what they want to do, when they want to do it, if they have the liberty to do so. Finally, the communication of scheduling and sharing common things both would like to do. For example, even though the news was boring to me, I should have found something interesting about it instead of just going to sleep on my lady. I should find another time to watch the fourth season of Power, before the 5th season comes to ensure we can watch the 5th season together as a compromise.   Comments, Thoughts, Shares, Engagement I’m eager to hear you folk’s thoughts on quality time. Feel free to comment, share, and discuss how we can find a means to develop quality time with a person we claim to love.   I learned a lot from this situation, but when it comes to relationships it’s always more to learn and discuss. I hope the short story inspires us all to develop a means to bridge the gap with the ones we claim to love as it pertains to quality time. Until next time stay focused on the free world...stay focus on the ones you claim to love....I’m out ....✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

IKE Ellis | Cream Freestyle | Lyrical Exercise
We  were in the studio and had an opportunity to hop on the classic instrumental “ Cream” by the Infamous Group Wu-Tang Clan. This lyrical exercise activity consist of a southern guy who is a true fan of classic New York Rap and wanted to deliver some classic material from the vibe of this particular region. We been meaning to hop on the track, just could never pull the words together to do the track any justice. Let me tell you personally, finally, the words begin to surface, and another classic freestyle has been born. Of course it was written but the style is free.    This is completely for the culture and practice of the craft. After the recent success of the Corners freestyle, we acknowledge how much the supporters are holding us accountable to complete these freestyles, and as promised we will deliver the flows each week. As the hit single “Sorry” continue the to kill the air waves, and the Corners freestyle cartoon dominated the internet, we just wanted to continue to bring fresh content.    Why not drop some bars? More work, more of the grind, more of the brand to deliver so we will catch you folks on the next flow. As for now, enjoy the words, the flow, the delivery, the essence of hip hop as we remember it? Appreciate your listen in advance.     Here are the lyrics, if you wanted to read along with while you listen.    ok i grew up  in the back woods  in a small hood  junkies by the tree  Woodside but we all stood   for the cream dollar dollar bill  with a scheme  dreams was a instinct 16 i was hoping for a scholarship  played balls but every dealer pot to piss i was broke with the cash on mind blind from the Love now Asia was my heart  and rim I’m above but the hate from your peers cause you still stand above all that bull shit  fuck your full clip and the  wanna be plug and want to be thug  better find a pool pit better find you a hug but back to it  niggas lose every day  for twenty years still rude when i come through  like i owe you  i don’t owe you niggas shit but here a tip  do the shit for the famil  i promise  you make it rich     you never go wrong we calculate the cream god blessing every dream and the team still strong so when dope fiend gone  you make the hustle switch switch gears in a Honda  y’all nigga hustleless I’m the time of my life cause i remember being broke   spending time on a bike    me and ju ju on the way to see two chicks  before the cell phone before Netflix  before they gave two shits     dressed in all black like I’m bat man i keep my mind clear cuz the courtroom ain’t no place  for black man navigator through litigation they filling spaces abomination of black souls  they keep it vacant  a black hole of aid patience  extermination genocide  set fire or it probation anything  to keep us under they thumb  where you from  do you own it man they giving us crumbs  welfare ain’t shit can you give it son  black skin collect power  when it’s  under the sun that’s the difference in the Bible  when you call him the one    baby mom a black feminist  problem it just beginning but the problem  ain’t the women it’s the system we in it   i made my mind up  cash rules everything around me  you niggas sign but you wack  every time a sound come normally my outcome about income  coming through the sound bar  I’m a hound dog for the money  lyrically put the tommy to your tummy  wit a tummy tuck i by pass  all this bull shit  I’m in cockpit fly nigga I’m the locksmith  breaking down industry doors and let watch this  came from the dirt on the floor  hey check my eyelid  who defy gravity spit bars through my cavity  expose secrets so they mad at me you can’t stop it  I’m still a man you can  see in my soul  transparent with thoughts  so you watch it unfold  sheriff who hate a nigga place triggas in ya trunk 7 years for a burner how figure he the one   he ain’t have trial and he ain’t cracking no smile it don’t matter cause it all about the cash    #ikeellis #cream #wu-tang #classic #rap #hiphop #fortheculture #newyork  #newyorkcity #nc #lyrics #bars #california #freestyle #morework #atlanta #germany #content #miami #houston #texas #rymesfest #free #style #skills #practice

Ike Ellis | The Corners Freestyle | 2018
We are in a space where the words are flowing more fluidly. We manage to drop a freestyle yesterday and I wanted to share it with you folks. The freestyle is from a great beat of Kanye West on common sense album entitled “the corners”. The freestyle game out of no where as all the moment surrounding Kanye West statement “slavery is a choice” . I understood what Kanye was trying to convey, however I don’t think he took the time to articulate his message . Either way, the comment struck a nerve and inspire us to lay a freestyle. This will be the first of a weekly series of freestyles hopefully, to continue to provide the voice to the people. We seem to excel in this part of the rap game, so we will continue to push  forward for the culture. Enjoy the freestyle and leave a few comments of some beats you would like to hear us flow on.    #Lyrical #exercise #week1 #ikeellis #freestyle #more #content #foxhole #studio #mobile #recording #music #hiphop #       a freestyle from IKe Ellis,       more content check the rhymes below there he go talking that black shit a black smith the words become steel how how you feel to Be black with Jim Crow coming from the throat of the masses discriminate the man man they gave us no passes police brutality the scheme killing for master / it’s 2018 how we still in the pasture pain for the people pour my feeling in glasses 400+ years ain’t no turning us backward I’m cold on the beat they might think I’m Alaskan assassin for the music that’s a fatal attraction I’m still feeling good so I thank you asking for a moment but the pen like for ever lasting Lebron against the raptors i win with no practice i promise for my passion I’m dogging hoes and the casket while those opposite attract I’m just a positive magnet show the world love but they give me they asses in an out of traffic you feeling my fabric or don’t another cloth i ain’t do it for fashion I’m all about the green trying change the brackets in the fast lane fuck your feelings a savage rap lines for the people exchange blessing for maggots come up short everytime but I’m bless the masses black ball from the game fuck the fame alladin make a wish choose a path can’t deny this action got traction got juice minimize distractions fuck Thea bitches and snitches and the damn Kardashian’s i ain’t no hater making millions got my nigga Ye in sunken place ain’t no worser feeling fuck it i renovate catch me center stage live for my dinner plate and if you in way i drive forward coming through the back door hate me cause black or maybe is cause stack more maybe cause i blast off y’all dudes past wack i past you on he last track I’m on the last floor step up give the world what you ask for it ain’t about race bout that credit score tell me what you ready for can’t receive royalty from this disloyalty fuck these niggas stealing styles been quiet while but you not avoiding me nah apply the pressure every bar every letter every syllable this shit is about principle still invincible my lyrical tenticle reach you niggas daily i slap box with word and then they pay me how feeling you dude

The No Mercy Anthem [The Lost Files]
"The No Mercy Anthem" With the climate of the country in a state of uproar, a group of individuals has created an unprecedented amount of energy to survive and thrive in this world even though the odds has been infectious to the growth and progression for our culture.  With a story of compassion and greatness in the grasp of our fingertips, let us take a moment to explore the phenomenal literature of “A World Of No Mercy”. The aggression, the oppression, the hopelessness derived from living in America has created a perplexed confused feeling inside of the culture of African American families across the nation. "A World Of No Mercy" was written and completed by Daisha P. Jordan on October 7th 2016. Within three weeks the books has sold over 500 copies out the trunk with anticipation of 1000’s more as people gravitate to the uplifting words about a man Patrick Nixon preserving his life story for the legacy of his children. The book has single handily uplifted a community of people to reach new heights of aspiration through out their daily lives. The book also reenergized the artist IKE ELLIS to create a compelling song officially labeled as "The No Mercy Anthem[ The Lost Files]" for the streets to consume the energy in another medium. The single was produced by PoundCake, a North Carolina producer establishing a distinct sound with hard knocking 808 drums and synthesizers astronomically out of this world. The message delivered within the the 5 minutes song is a story of opposition we all face in different eras of our lives. From the young to the old, people are gravitating to the fire on the stove, the heat in the kitchen, the untold stories of the legendary Woodside North Carolina.  There is a timeline of success if you stay focused on your course. Even though it's "A World Of No Mercy" we shall never give up fighting for the legacy of the children coming after us. Hope you share the song, thanks for listening.   -IKE ELLIS

The SE 360 Music Festival and the Fox Hole Podcast embraces The Military Angel Fund.  The community enrichment military donation platform accepts donations from individuals passionate about helping the families of enlisted military soldiers during their deployments, training, and other times away from their families. The origins of the non-profit organization developed when a family did not have money to travel for a soldier graduating from basic training.  The passion from Monica Thomas about this issue was surreal. She describes the importance of focus of each soldier as they engage in their military duties. Monica Thomas further describes the intricacies of both organizations an their impact on the community of the world. Standing for honor, standing for morals, standing for our country brings fortitude to our great nation. The strong that protect our country should be honored in their presence and absence. EP # 10 - Are You a Brand Or an Artist?
Episode #10 Are You a Brand Or an Artist? Identifying the answer to this question early in your career can create positive financial situations for your business adventures with lucrative results.   The object is to develop multiples streams of income under one brand. To sell a song is one thing, but suppose you had something to accompany that song to sell on the side optimizing the amount of items a fan can buy. Am I preaching right now? Now im going to tell you a story. I seen a lot of people doing it after I done it and I know why, the Money. I had 15 cds on a table and 10 shirts with my name on them on the table. I done a show and they only paid me 10 bucks to do the show. I did the show because I was hungry and dying to be in the middle of another type fan base.  I rocked the show and the crowd loved me. I had my merchandise table set up and I sold 15 shirts and on 3 cds…. I made 150 + 15. That was major epiphany in my mind. The people went bananas over something else other than the music.  This was a major push for understand my brand as a whole versus just hoping I can sell a song.  Your brand is your identity, every extension of yourself, from everything you do. Im not going to go into detail because I have a whole segment on brand details but I have get this in early because of it’s importance to artist development and mentality shaping.   Lets talk about 5 types of revenue streams. 1 Music Mechanical Sales 2.Events Hosting 3. Live Performances 4.Publishing 5. Merchandising Listen to this statement, If the people will do it because you do it, then you can earn revenue from it….. ·      For example,  if your name is strong, your brand is good money, host a party, you can get paid. The promoter is making money from the event. The people are coming because your name is on the flyer. Revenue Stream ·      If it’s something that you do that requires a certain item, find a generic item online and slap your brand on it. Use the item with your brand on it in the next video. The people will buy it from you just because it’s cool….Revenue Stream ·      When your name get hot, a song playing on the radio, the people start recognizing your music, it’s time to get paid for live performances….Revenue Stream ·      Publishing is a sensitive topic but it’s a revenue stream to never over look and never give the rights away. Every song you write and publish becomes identify in your music society. BMI, ASCAP, or SESAC…which ever you prefer… I will talk in more detail about publishing but for now understand it’s big money….. Lets take drake for example….Each time his song is played on the radio, used in a commercial, played in a club, used in a movie….he gets paid for it….. I feel like I’m preaching….do you want me to go on…or do you want me to stop…I think I will stop here…..that’s all for this episode….we on fire right now…..the money…make money from your music….develop your business sense and utilize every revenue stream you can from your brand…..at this point we want to shape your mentality. We will go in to full detail in later episode but for now…lets think about more ways than sitting outside Wal-Mart trying to sell my cd to people who don’t  listen to my type of music….   I want to promote Money Making D….I felt like he had his business sense together….check out his song “nada” featuring Mickey Devane

If I meet 2 people 5 times a week that’s  480 people in a years time that could potential do something for the movement. ·      Take a brief moment to write your contacts down…. ·      Organize them by who you really know…who you think you know…and who you really don’t know….. ·      Focus on the people you really don’t know…. ·      Social media is great for networking initially breaking the ice….but here are some strategic tips for networking….. ·      Meeting someone in person trumps all other connections. Nothing compares to being able to look someone in the eye when you’re talking to them. ·      The next best thing to meeting someone in person is being introduced to /and recommended by a mutual friend or business associate. ·      Meeting someone without following up is no better than not meeting them at all! 1.    Put yourself in the way of opportunity!             You have to be in the mix of where the music industry people are spending their time. For example the SE 360 Music Festival had all types of individuals in the room from all over the nation. Standard music officials.   2.    Give before you receive. Think about what you can do for another person instead of what that person can do for you. When you provide value for another person they are more app to help you in your endeavors.   3.    Always carry business cards. The business card is so essential. You should ask others for their business card. Collect them, organize them, and utilize them for business purposes.   4.     Be The person you say you are… Its nothing worst than frauds posing to be somebody they are not in this game. Its frowned upon. 5.    Follow Up with your contacts.   That’s all for today…simple and to the point…Your Networking sets the tone for your career. Who are you going to meet today? A person I felt that networked very well at the SE 360 Music Festival was Preddy Boy P assistant Ashley LittleJohn. She really worked the room. She understood the power of relationships.  I also seen Headrush and “Beautiful Monster” networking heavy  while booking themselves for future events. I think im going to play a single they have on I tunes right now….. here is “playback” from beautiful monster …….

Actually the intro to this podcast was made by a producer by the name of Versatile from St. Paul Minnesota…Don’t sleep and Don’t be afraid to spend money on high quality production.  This is your career as stake… 2.     Get professional recording equipment a.     If you buy a cheap audio interface, your sound quality will be basic b.     If you buy a cheap microphone and don’t understand sound your sound quality will be poor c.      If you don’t know how to work your digital audio workstation your sound quality will be poor 3.     Learn How to work your equipment or hire a professional a.      In 2007….I  paid 120 for 1.5 hours of recording time from a professional studio in Carolina beach and the song was half done. After that, I told my self I am buying all my equipment so I can record anytime I want.  b.     Some invest $1000 in recording and have no budget to promote.  Or you can invest $1000 in your own equipment and record project after project. 4.     Recording Environment a.     Recording Environment should be quiet b.     Recording environment should be comfortable c.      Recording environment should be conducive to your style 5.     Record with consistency and purpose a.     Consistency is key, get your projects done, and move on to the next b.     It builds your promotable content up ready for the people c.      Have a purpose to why you are recording other than letting someone here your music on Facebook. 6.     Clean recording helps for a better mixing experience   Recording can be the most fun part. You don’t have to deal with nothing but the microphone. Hit the zone of creativity and create great music. I want to recap on points for this podcast. 1.2.3.4.5.6.  ….. I’m here to tell you, that if your sound quality is poor you may be talented but nobody is going to listen to your song….and this all for artist development. As the year go on I will get in more detail about each topic, but we need more listeners….This is the Fox Hole Podcast, and I am IKE ELLIS.   Before I go, I want to drop a song and promote an artist. I think this song was recorded and engineered well. These artist was also involved in the SE 360 Music Festival.   Lock N Loaded have a song call “Saturday  Night”  mixed in the Studio 1515  by J Reese in Wilmington North Carolina.  The mix had special effects, correct amount of reverb, the vocals was clear, and the song was loud enough to hear. If I played this on the loud speakers you would be able to hear the excellent mixing expertise within the song.  Shout to J Reese and studio 1515.
