Hey there Lost Folk, In this episode, we give you a quick debrief of a personal experiment we performed: We ran one mile each hour for 5 hours to see if we could increase our productivity. Long story short, it worked but boy were we tired.  We also discuss the importance of consuming mindfully. It is one of the most difficult things we are called to do, especially as we are immersed in a culture that overemphasizes tolerance.
