Living your dreams podcast episode 8 with ROSELINE MOUANA
Roseline Mouana managed crisis communications at Global Affairs. The volume and intensity of this job, topped with harassment and discrimination in the workplace, led to a major burnout. Rose became a mess. Her stress levels were disproportionately high, causing her nervous system to rule her entire body. Her symptoms were debilitating, and she suffered from hyper-ventilation, heart palpitations, anxiety attacks, loss of memory, insomnia, depression, vertigo, loss of balance, candida, migraines, piercing earaches, and over-exhaustion. Her doctor issued five different prescriptions, and wanted to hospitalize her so she could recover. Knowing very well how experimental pharmaceuticals can be, Rose decided to escape the rat race and take healing into her own hands. Her background prompted her to test the benefits of yoga and enroll in 500 hours of teacher training, where she studied with masters from India and Tibet. She also became extremely disciplined with food, surpassing what she thought were healthy habits, and eliminating anything that increased stress in the body. Rose completely regenerated her body, transformed her life. Rose pursues her passion toward food and healing as a private chef and yoga teacher. She empowers clients to be completely autonomous toward their own health, helping them master stress, trauma and other imbalances through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and optimal meals. Roseline Mouana is now sought after as a yoga teacher, workshop facilitator, public speaker, and private chef.
