In this Episode Jacci is interviewed (grilled) by her son Karl, about lots of things including: Anxiety, Stress and Mental Health  What is it like to see a therapist?   What type of therapy do I need?   Counsellor or Psychotherapist?   CBT/NLP/Talking Therapy/Person Centred Therapy?   Why is there still a stigma around mental health and seeing a therapist (for men in particular)?   There are so many terms for therapy and so many titles for therapists, so in this discussion we try to clear some of the hurdles and obstacles that can get in the way of people seeing a therapist.   It is more about the connection you have with your therapist and the trust you build with that person rather than the therapy.    If you have tried one and it didn't work DON'T give up!
