Healthy Restoration, Telomeres, and Vi-Telometry with Dr. Darrell Misak
Anti-Aging, Telemomeres Health, and Naturopathic Medicine:Dr. Misak received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from West Virginia University in 1992 and gained 3½ years of university hospital pharmacy experience at Duke University Medical Center. During his hospital pharmacy experience, Dr. Misak’s primary focus was clinical rounding in Oncology and General Medicine. As he began to realize the pitfalls of traditional medicine and pharmacy, he started his continued search for truth in health, which directed him to naturopathic medicine. In 1996, he moved his family across the country to Portland, Oregon, where he received his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the National University of Naturopathic Medicine. Additionally, while in naturopathic medical school, he was blessed with the opportunity to gain 5 years of compounding pharmacy experience at Lloyd Center Pharmacy.Quote: The day that you consume more energy than you get from your food is the first day of disease. ~Dr. Carey Reams Dr. Misak owns and operates Pittsburgh Alternative Health, Inc. in the south hills of Pittsburgh, where he focuses on health analysis and how to support optimal energy formation to result in natural health restoration. He has continued his search for truth in health with a goal to teach and change the world. He performs regular lectures and does YouTube shows teaching the concepts of bio-electric chemistry and how to optimize personal energy efficiency. In essence, his goal is to teach health and observe restoration. Top 3 Hot Point Takeaways:Naturopathic Medicine vs Pharmaceutical MedicineTelomeres Health and Anti-AgingDaily Stress Impacts on Health Today’s Resource Links from the Podcast:http://docmisak.comhttps://vitelometry.com/pages/meet-dr-misakhttps://www.facebook.com/vitelometry@vitelometry Watch us on YouTube:https://youtu.be/AneZg4UHxjc Timestamped Show Notes:00:30 - Introduction05:30 - In "traditional" medicine, they are studying theory, the catabolic state, cancer break down, this person needs certain B vitamins to generate the energy, their collagen swelling report, they need higher amounts of vitamin C, etc, etc.10:00 - Whatever you can't get away from toxins, check the Environmental Working Group, EWG.org, the Clean 15 or the Dirty Dozen, clean 15 foods. They did a study years ago on placental blood that babies right when they're born to have over 200 chemicals on average in their blood. So you're breathing it in and you're putting them on your skin.22:00 - The rich and famous are taking this stuff. Then you look at all the other ones and all they are, are glorified antioxidants, and basically multivitamins. If you look at what affects telomeres, in reality, it's stress. If you had a stressful childhood, you can't process your emotions and haven't figured out who you are or how to process those emotions. Then you carry that stress to your life, it shortens your telomeres.30:00 - I have seen some directly enhanced testosterone levels and guys having positive effects for fertility with women who are having fertility issues. This has been shown to balance out those hormones on women.40:30 - The higher the mineral content in the food, the more drought-resistant the food, the higher the energy of the food, the more sweet the food is, the longer that food is gonna last in your refrigerator. So you buy an organic zucchini that's rotting in 10 days in your refrigerator, I pick my organic, get into my organic zucchinis that I'm growing. I can leave them on my countertop all summer long, then cut them up, and they're still fresh as the day that I picked them.48:00 - Final Words Our Final Words of the Show:I think you take it back to that awareness aspect. I think if you know who you are, and you know what you believe, then you have a tool that shows you how you can love yourself because if you don't like yourself, you're dealing with yourself for the rest of your life. You know, then you've got an issue, know yourself, find yourself and then let that belief guide you. It's going to lead you to do that aspect of truth that says, okay, if I really believe that, then what am I doing to make that difference and leaving that legacy? Action Steps:Support our 501c-3 non-profit and visit http://fuelfoundations.orgHelp us reach more people with 5 Star Reviews, visit iTunes and Submit a ReviewJoin our private Facebook community The FUEL UP Mindset

Algae, Oil, and Water Crowdfunding with OriginClear
Do it yourself water treatment, a Trillion $ industry, and much more: QUOTE: "City water is legal – but is it safe to drink?"Riggs Eckelberry doesn’t look like a bomb-thrower. And yet, he’s driving the disruption of a trillion-dollar industry that has fallen behind the times and is affecting the health of millions. That industry is Big Water. Simply, those billion-dollar centralized water systems aren’t coping with demand, and water quality is getting worse. The answer? Instant InfrastructureTM. Businesses are doing their own water treatment, using modular, prefabricated systems that are trucked right on site. They get better water quality, lower rates through recycling, and even improved environmental grades! Ten years after launching public company OriginClear, Riggs and his team are offering those truck-in-place modular systems in the USA, while licensees are building products internationally using OriginClear’s low-energy, chemical-free innovation.QUOTE: "Water is the new Gold!"Riggs Eckelberry is uniquely qualified to ride the huge wave of do-it-yourself water treatment that is transforming an industry, having learned management in the nonprofit space, captained oceangoing ships, and achieved several tech successes during the dot-com boom. Top 3 Hot Point Takeaways:Crowdfunding Companies.Invest in water treatment.Water is a Trillion $ industry?! Today’s Resource Links from the Podcast:https://modularwater.com/https://offering.originclear.com/https://www.facebook.com/OriginClear/https://www.instagram.com/originclear/  Watch us on YouTube:https://youtu.be/x1C7ZVjojwc  Timestamped Show Notes:00:30 - Introduction10:00 - I was able to build real companies after that, I was involved with getting yellowpages.com its liquidity with my help. I wound up taking a company public called Cyber Defender.20:00 - We became specialists and decentralized, meaning that our line of modular water systems. The black box thing really appeals to the decision-making decentralized user who just wants to solve the goddamn problem?30:00 - He spent 30 years doing this stuff and we came along and say, okay, this is perfect to speed up the technology adoption cycle. Except that it's still really hard to get projects through, even before the virus.40:00 - The point, is that the investor normally has no way to get decent returns that are secure. By secure we mean, if you allow that water treatment plant to be built into the property, and now you become a claimant in a foreclosure or liquidation, then good luck, right? Major apartment networks are just falling apart because people aren't paying their bills, and you don't want to be the second or third or fourth in line on getting collection. So we realize it had to be something where we literally, it's like running a TV, in the poor part of town, you want to be able to go in and take it.50:00 - So what you have is, 20% overall, meaning in the US and the West, as Europeans, have it even better. It's more like 70-80% is treated and then other countries are at 5% or zero, but guess what, it's the same freakin ocean. So, you know, Bangladesh is doing whatever, well, it's stuff makes its way over to us too. So we were on the same bubble, and we've got it too. So what I finally feel so good about is the fact that we've been able to take the limiters off and the blinders have been taken off the industry. This is a model that can be adopted.59:45 - Final Words Our Final Words of the Show:It's really interesting because I came up through the nonprofit space and so it was all about saving the world and then, in the 80s, I ended up in tech and the reason I ended up in tech was I started feeling that Tech has the potential to change the world, right? For example, the self-driving car has the potential to eliminate that 14 fatalities per hundred thousand that we live with on a daily basis. It's also a double-edged sword technology that can be used to surveil people, whatever, but it's that net. I think we're never going to get a handle on climate change. Without tech, it's not gonna be done by legislating people to consume less. We have to literally leapfrog with technology and that's why I went through the.com and then I found myself in water.I feel that by applying the technology leapfrog to water, I can really help make a difference to the planet and that's what makes me work the crazy hours and deal with the nuttiness because, like you, I feel like what I'm doing is so important. I love the excitement that people have, I feel it on a daily basis and it just keeps me going! Action Steps:Support our 501c-3 non-profit and visit http://fuelfoundations.orgHelp us reach more people with 5 Star Reviews, visit iTunes and Submit a ReviewJoin our private Facebook community The FUEL UP Mindset

Pandemic Anxiety, Crisis, and Inter-Generational Trauma with Nima Rahmany
Today we discuss Pandemic Triggers, Anxiety, Mindset, Healing, and More:Dr. Nima Rahmany, DC, CCWP is both a Chiropractor and an educator, specializing in helping individuals and professionals get to the ROOT CAUSE of their physical and emotional challenges, from stressed, depressed, and anxious to living Powerfully Aligned and on Purpose. After building a successful Chiropractic practice in Maple Ridge, BC, Dr. Nima sold his clinic in June 2016 to pursue his passion for teaching and coaching professionals who are stressed, depressed, and anxious to transform and have their best year ever— in both a private and corporate setting."The highest form of forgiveness is the authentic recognition that everything served and there is nothing to forgive." – Quote Dr. Nima Rahmany Dr. Nima has integrated all the mind-body tools in his quest for healing stress-related disorders into one, simple to follow a method called “The Overview Method”, which is “ the adjustment above atlas” that he teaches one-on-one and in groups all over the world in his engaging and “edutaining” lectures filled with inspired authenticity and “edutainment”.  Top 3 Hot Point Takeaways:Healing JourniesHealing MindsetBecome Triggerproof Today’s Resource Links from the Podcast:drnima.com/vw1 promo code "triggerproof" https://twitter.com/drnima https://www.youtube.com/user/chironimz https://www.facebook.com/drnimarahmany/ https://www.instagram.com/drnima/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/drnima/Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/236383917410506/  Our Mentioned Influencers:Book: "Man's Search for Meaning" by Austrian Neurologist, Victor Frankle on Amazon: https://amzn.to/3jUATvu Watch us on YouTube:https://youtu.be/2idnMdhLFEI Timestamped Show Notes:00:30 - Introduction09:10 - Essentially, that moment between stimulus, the trigger, and the response gives us so much information. It's that space between stimulus and response. It is how we naturally have a tendency to react unconsciously which is the code of all of our primary wounding that didn't start with us and it didn't even start with our parents. It's been going on from generation to generation.20:15 - I don't think everybody can think or talk about what you and I are talking about right now. Yes, but it's okay because I was there one time to where I couldn't talk about this. I had to learn these things and then I had to test these things. I had to then realize that first of all, I said I would never get married too So you're kind of energy, you're what they are called an Avoidant Attachment Style, which is the same as me, man, my heart was all locked up.30:00 - I have the freedom to make everything happen in my current state. I can actually attest to this because I've said I mentioned stuff like this on other shows, because that's part of the freedom, right? I don't care what the hell I say on my show these days because I love that freedom of not worrying about what anybody else thinks. My vulnerability is wide open and I've had people appreciate that I actually am this honest and transparent. There is true power in transparency.40:00 - So we have to unfuck your nervous system. It starts with that, and it goes into healing your codependent patterns. Even like in your euthanize case, Scott, where we were in that state of insecure avoidance. There's also the other type, which is the insecure kind of anxious attached. So to heal those wounds I discovered that I was going to be a dad. Then I put a ring on it, and we just decided to get married, we're going to have a baby. All of this is so that we can create a community of people around the world who are taking responsibility for using this time to heal their past attachment wounds. I created a website, a Facebook group called "Trigger Proof: Regulate Stress & Strengthen Immunity during a Crisis" to help show people how to regulate stress and strengthen immunity during a crisis. I give transmissions every day.50:00 - We have a huge spike in divorces and breakups are going through the roof. Why? Because we can't stop and nobody has been dealing with their shit. We can't bullshit any longer. The ability to take a conflict, let's say you and I are friends, and we get into a disagreement. Normally, I'll be like, Fuck you, I'm out of here. Like, I don't want to hear from you. Versus, okay, well this is what I came up for me, Scott, when this happened, and to take that conflict between us and create a deeper bond out of it, a deeper relationship out of it. Those two skills, if you can learn that, and master that and invest in the growth in the learning of that, not only will you come through the COVID pandemics, like a chain war gliding through, but throughout your entire life, the quality of every relationship, which is what makes your life experience so worth it will completely transform.58:47 - Final Words Our Final RAP of the Show:I'm gonna leave you with a little rap that I wrote. Ah, there we go. Okay. All right. When they tell you let it go, you can try with all your might. The problems that your nervous system still in fight or flight, the stress ain't gone. It's still in plain sight. You got to find a way to turn around the fight. My name is Dr. Nima adjusting spines is my game. Now I'm spitting lyrics to me. It's all the same. correcting your structure, improving what you eat, dissolving your stress by adjusting your beliefs. I wasn't born a rapper but I'm a rapper at heart. It connects me to my young and my playful part. I'm in my mid-40s Is that too late to start what I'm lacking in my rap technique I make up for with heart. The dancing the rhymes, healing spines, and minds combining everything you love makes you feel fine. So don't hold back. If there's a song you need to sing and dance like you don't care who's watching. Action Steps:Support our 501c-3 non-profit and visit http://fuelfoundations.orgHelp us reach more people with 5 Star Reviews, visit iTunes and Submit a ReviewJoin our private Facebook community The FUEL UP Mindset

The tough part, Scott, as we know, is that since it's been 10 years since we've had a recession, I think we have all gotten kind of complacent. As a society, we've gotten a little arrogant. It's been pretty easy and we had a very smooth run.20:00 - Even if you're going in the wrong direction, maybe even some leadership in the wrong direction, at least we get some momentum and get people moving which is better than just sitting still and waiting.31:00 - They'd send me an Excel spreadsheet, $35,000 worth of equipment, and I'd be like, look, I can get you $1,000. The guy would be like, let me call you back. He'd come back an hour later and be like, if you overnight a cashier's check, it's yours.41:00 - The worst part Scott is that it wasn't even all at once. It was a series of 12 loans for about $20,000 each. That's how much I needed to make payroll every two weeks.50:00 - For me, for my spouse, we have already spent a lot of time talking about what's truly important to us. So we can go back to that, and we get some psychological safety from it. I'm not saying it's perfect, you know, we still have our issues.01:10:00 - Final Words Our Final Words of the Show:I think people are, are focusing more on this now. And are starting pay attention. I think people understand that we're going to have an economic downturn. And so it's time to start to figure out how you're going to rock it, instead of getting rocked by it. FAT, Oils, Obesity, Cytokine Storm and KETO with Dr. Cate
Author of the new book, The FATBURN Fix, Dr. Cate Shanahan joins us on today's new Health Podcast talking FAT, Seed Oils, and more: Dr. Cate Shanahan is the leading authority on nutrition and human metabolism. A board-certified Family Physician with over 20 years of clinical experience, and NY Times bestselling author of The FatBurn Fix, Deep Nutrition, and Food Rules, her expertise is fixing the underlying problems that cause metabolic damage and inflammation, leading to autoimmunity, weight gain, diabetes, cancer, and accelerated aging processes. Her passion is helping people feel their best.My training is in Family Medicine and my background is in biochemistry and genetics, having studied at Cornell. I've authored three books including Deep Nutrition: Why Your Genes Need Traditional Food and THE FATBURN FIX, with MacMillan, released in March 2020. In 2011 I created a nutrition program for the LA Lakers that many NBA and professional sports teams have emulated. This program, along with the 2008 edition of my first book Deep Nutrition: Why Your Genes Need Traditional Food is credited with helping spark the current bone-broth and collagen craze, as well as inspiring thought leaders in the nutrition and KETO space.Since 2018, I've assisted ABC Fine Wines and Spirits to optimize the health of their 1600+ employees and family members by providing concierge care and creating educational programs. Objective markers of success include biomarkers and the elimination of medications.I've served as an independent advisor or consultant to dozens of companies and organizations throughout the world including the LA Lakers, OKC Thunder, Villanova Basketball, beliv - CBC Beverages, & Natural Stacks.I have been featured in The Magic Pill documentary and The Real Skinny on Fat docu-series, interviewed by Good Morning America, Scientific American, Sports Illustrated, Men's Journal, CNN, US News and World Report, Prevention Magazine, Vogue, National Geographic, GQ, the New York Post, Woman's World, People Magazine among others as well as numerous radio talk shows and popular podcasts. Top 3 Hot Point Takeaways:Avoid Seed Oils.Obesity and Diabetes rates are Excessive.Get back in the garden. Today’s Resource Links from the Podcast:HTTP://DrCate.comhttps://www.facebook.com/cate.shanahan.3https://twitter.com/drcateshanahanhttps://fatburnfix.com/#audiosamplehttps://www.amazon.com/s?k=catherine+shanahan&i=stripbooks&ref=nb_sb_noss_1https://drcate.com/dr-cates-march-2020-book-the-fatburn-fix/https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3294426/ Our Mentioned Influencers:Vinnie Tortorich and Fitness Confidential at HTTP://vinnietortorich.com Watch us on YouTube:https://youtu.be/Z4_TQkyG0c0 Timestamped Show Notes:00:30 - Introduction10:00 - Not all FAT is created equal. The kinds of fats that are in the seeds that we've all been unknowingly consuming, the seed oils are those called polygon stable, they should be called polyunsaturated, and they're unstable. So that's why they stay liquid in the fridge, that's why they're softer, right? That's why they add them because they're unstable.20:00 - PUFA aka Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid.30:00 - I was a doctor and I had the symptoms of hypoglycemia myself. I would have my cereal, Raisin Bran for breakfast with my skim milk. If I was really indulgent, I'd have 2%, and added sugar, of course, had to have more sugar on that. So that would be at seven AM and then by noon or one PM, whenever I got to my lunch, my fingers were cold and I'd be shaky. I would be kind of like, oh come on, just give me my lunch already. Those symptoms, that's hypoglycemia. So I was already on that diabetes spectrum, and I had no clue.40:00 - At the turn of the century, 50% of Americans lived on farms. Now I would be willing to bet that would also be that of our small business world. But that was America. What made America great was the fact that we were founded on small business farmers, we were self-sufficient people, we knew how to make good food. That's what made us great, that's actually, by the way, a huge reason why a lot of English people left England too.50:00 - So that's why I have two phases in the plan that talks about the baby-steps phase for folks who are more metabolically damaged and need to spend more time with taking those baby steps. If you're not quite so metabolically damaged, then you can jump right into a KETO diet. But the two phases are to fix your metabolism and then burn your body fat. If you have a really high-fat burn factor, you can just start right into cutting calories by intermittent fasting.54:30 - Final Words Our Final Words of the Show:The thought that I want to leave people with is that food used to be this holy transcendental sensation. It wasn't just about energy. It was about connecting with your family and your environment. It was about how good you can make something tasty and how much time you could spend in the kitchen. How much time you could spend prepping the animal's yourselves and growing your own food.We have completely turned that as a thing that we need to turn upside down, they talk about turning the food pyramid upside down. If we could turn our pride, our food priority upside down, and get back to where we have been for our entire humanity, human history until like the industrial era, when TV shows told us that, the kitchen was just like a place you wanted to get out of as fast as possible, you should eat microwave dinners. Before the TV told us this, we knew in our bones, that if you spent time in your garden, that food was going to be good for you. I don't care what it is, what kind of vegetable it is, it was going to be good for you. If you raised animals yourselves, you knew that they were healthy. You knew that the food was good. Forget about saturated fat and all of this kind of stuff. That's what matters and that's the only thing that matters. I would love it if we could shift the conversation away from macros and calories and to things like healthy soil and healthy plants and animals. Action Steps:Support our 501c-3 non-profit and visit http://fuelfoundations.orgHelp us reach more people with 5 Star Reviews, visit iTunes and Submit a ReviewJoin our private Facebook community The FUEL UP Mindset

Be The Change and Self-Care with Su Orosa
Today's Podcast is on Mindset, Fulfillment, Self-Care, and the importance to Be The Change:My next guest has a mission, to help busy professional women shift their mindsets and find fulfillment. Su Orosa is a mental health and wellness coach, who gives women the tools they need to manage their inner critic and put a stop to self-sabotaging behaviors. Providing her clients with a compassionate, safe space to really open up, Su encourages introspection and helps her clients to start living the lives they were always meant to live.Quote: "Be the change" ~ Gandhi  Top 3 Hot Point Takeaways:Shift your mindset and find fulfillment.Rebuilding a positive mindset. You are worth it! Today’s Resource Links from the Podcast:www.suorosa.comwww.facebook.com/suorosa.mehttps://www.linkedin.com/in/su-orosa-9251b714/ Our Mentioned Influencers:Pending Watch us on YouTube:https://youtu.be/FF7pK2I0uUA Timestamped Show Notes:00:30 - Introduction08:45 - Yoga is really beneficial if it's done very actively as well. But this is the other side of yoga, if you talk about introspection, that's exactly where this Slow Yoga fits. It's a kind of going inward to look more inside your internal space to let the body breathe and to express itself.14:30 - That guilt of I need to be doing more because there's always more to be done. Because your job never ends. They'll say there's always something to do. At times it is a self-imposed feeling of actually I should be doing something.20:00 - It is about developing that self-awareness to realize, how am I feeling at any given point, and then allowing yourself some time to walk around the house, walk around kind of clear the air. Somehow go for a walk if you can, if it's your allotted daily walk, then go right now.30:00 - Relating to pescatarian or in Su's case vegetarian... So it's cool. I respect it. I tell people that listen, if you find something that works with your biology, your gut health, and you live a healthy, sustainable high energy life, then great!40:00 - Sometimes you have to go and not get so caught up with all of that, because life doesn't work like that. So it's kind of naming it as well to everybody knows this is a transition period, you know, things might look a bit different for now. Then we have to come together and reconnect. Same with clients. If we're online, and we never used to be online, maybe now we need to reconnect on what's okay, what's not okay.50:00 - Canceling of our prior course that I run with my husband, notifying everyone that they're all off while they've all been up for it, that was hard. But they've all got on board and the new course that I've just finished, that was for a college that I'm not working for anymore. A couple of those really strong students did really struggle, so that was harder. That was definitely harder because the lesson isn't for us all to just meet up, it's also how to meet yourself, where you meet yourself, and then try to come out with what you're familiar with, your comfort zones.59:59 - Final Words Our Final Words of the Show:Know that you have worth and that you are worth it. Basically, you're worth having a life, you're worthy of having a life that is lived on your terms, you're worthy of being you, the real you. Do not let anybody sway you differently or persuade you that you're not worth it. Because you are! Action Steps:Support our 501c-3 non-profit and visit http://fuelfoundations.orgHelp us reach more people with 5 Star Reviews, visit iTunes and Submit a ReviewJoin our private Facebook community The FUEL UP Mindset

Not Letting Low Self-Esteem, Abuse, and Trauma Dictate Your Future
Overcome Your Trauma, Defeat Your Narcissist, Rebuild Your Self-Esteem and Your Self-Worth:Sarah battled with low self-esteem in her younger years and suffered at the hands of an emotionally abusive husband. Refusing to allow her trauma to dictate her future, she now teaches others the methods she used to rebuild her life, bringing them fulfillment and helping them to fall in love with themselves again.Quote: Change your beliefs, change yourself, change your life.  Top 3 Hot Point Takeaways:There is no excuse for accepting domestic abuse.Learn and understand who and what narcissists are.Motivate yourself to free yourself. Today’s Resource Links from the Podcast:facebook.com/sarah.griffiths.16144facebook.com/sallygcoachingfacebook.com/groups/HelpingYouHealAfterTraumaAndAbuse/http://www.linkedin.com/in/sarahgriffithssallyghttp://www.instagram.com/sallygrapidresultshttp://www.pinterest.ca/sallygRTT/http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCA98T9QF9P226vP-NcgOV7g* Our Mentioned Influencers:Help Free Debbie from Domestic Violence on GoFundMe Watch us on YouTube:https://youtu.be/wGRsTM33e58 Timestamped Show Notes:00:30 - Introduction10:00 - Shoutout to Debbie living with Domestic Violence and our GoFundMe to support here at bit.ly/freedebbie She's stuck in her current living situation, Sarah, with the guy who abuses her, not physically, but emotionally, psychologically, on a daily basis. He's an alcoholic, he's a drunk and clearly, somebody that I've ever met in the real-world since I might put him through a wall.20:00 - I realized that this was feeding into the existing issues, this was just confirming everything I thought I already knew about myself. The important thing is that I went to see a therapist, this is about four years ago now, who listened to me for a very long time. This was the first person to suggest that aside from my issues with my past, which I hadn't then dealt with, I was probably dealing with a narcissist.31:00 - What you see, what society teaches us, is this model of perfection and that we have to be perfect.40:00 - From there then he's got to do the work, the realization is just one thing. But then he's got all of these ingrained behavior patterns that he has to not just do something about, but recognize and uncover, and then do something about. There's a reason it's called doing the work, doing the inner work.50:00 - What we are talking about is motivation, because people will say at the moment, they don't want you to leave, and they probably don't want you to leave. Because that would be in your best interest. They're not thinking about you. They're thinking I don't want this person to leave. They'll see it as a failure in their life, not your life. Then they are thinking wait, I'm failing, because they're leaving me. That's gonna disrupt that perfection and some people don't want you to leave because they're addicted to the control. If you leave, they've lost control.53:40 - Final Words Our Final Words of the Show:I think it's important for people to understand that they ARE a product of their childhood, but that they don't have to be who you were or who you were taught you to be. This does not have to define you and your past isn't your fault. There's a quote that is potentially relevant to a lot of people right now, which is that what obstructs the path becomes the path that I've always found incredibly helpful to remember. Another way to put it is that Ryan Holiday uses as one of the titles of his books is the obstacles away. In other words, what it is that we're facing is the thing that we're supposed to be facing. Booze Ingenuity and the Corona Bullet Sanitizer with Christmas City Spirits
In The Face Of A Pandemic, Christmas City Spirits Launched Booze Sanitizer Ingenuity:IN THE SPIRIT OF HISTORY: Alcohol played a major role in colonial America. You could even argue that massive taxes on the trade were a trigger for the American Revolution. The Moravians bought their distilling knowledge to Bethlehem in 1741 and the craft has had a presence throughout the entire region ever since. A group of Lehigh Valley friends brings back the authenticity and history of this tradition with products made with local sources."We just felt like we were doing the right thing at the right time” – Quote ~ Brett BiggsCHRISTMAS CITY SPIRITS produces quality and authentic spirits, aiming to exceed the consumers’ expectations for a unique experience. Our historically inspired products, developed by our team of dedicated alco-historians blends with our sense of community to bring history and place to the palates of our consumers."You can easily outwork a lot of people. You guys were listening and said, hey, we can't get bottles so let's go large volume and we'll go door to door truck style to the hospital to deliver it. So that's what we're doing.15:00 - You know, it's hard. I wish I had more hours in a day, to be honest with you about that. That's always a factor and that was the case beforehand. I'm a financial advisor by day I know, my clients need to talk through things and look at how their financial plans are dong. Which by the way, has been upended by a virus, which came completely out of the blue, it's crazy.22:00 - I think with success, America has become more divided. You know, for one reason or another, and this is a good reminder that, hey, we're all American. We're all in this together.29:00 - I've always loved the science of money and that's what I studied in school. It's fascinating to me, what it does, how it compounds, and everything else. From the simplest case of realigning somebody's debt and how to pay off credit cards and things like that, when working with their budget, to significantly detailed estate plans that involve very complicated mechanisms. It's all very interesting to me.38:20 - It's perseverance. A lot of people probably would just say, hey, we can do it once. Let's go home and do whatever. I don't sit still well and I don't like being told no. Which is so common for many of us. But there is always a way around it. You know, we've navigated legal systems and everything else to do what we need to do. The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, they're tough to work with too, but within a week we figured out a lot of stuff with them. We're learning the processes there too.44:50 - Final Words Our Final Words of the Show:I just see activity and you know, being forced, it is up to being an American and being able to start a business and work every day. If you're not happy with what you're doing in life, only you have the ability to change that. I think from a standpoint that this might be the opportunity, if you were working somewhere and got laid off, that it might be a time to start looking elsewhere. You need to be the backer of that change.Ask yourself, is it time to get educated in a different industry or whatnot? You just need to apply yourself, you know, the will to work will probably outpace almost anything, including even in jsome cases, education. You can easily outwork a lot of people. It just takes determination to do that. Happiness, Health, Upskill Yourself, & Online Education
Health, Happiness, and Educational Upskills with Grant Aldrich of OnlineDegree.com:Grant founded OnlineDegree.com with a purpose-driven mission: make college more accessible and affordable for everyone. After graduating college with an overwhelming amount of debt, he was determined to change how students embark on their college education. Grant has spent his entire career working in startups with nearly 15 years of experience and 2 prior exits to a publicly-traded company. He has been a board member and donor to a number of non-profits, an advisor to many publicly traded companies, and a guest speaker at seminars and graduate school courses. He graduated with honors from the University of California Irvine in Economics."Know Thyself" – QuoteWhy The Project? We want to help millions of people go back to school who’ve been unable to take that first critical step. We believe in the value of higher education and the institutions of learning in our country. However, university and college education can still be too expensive and unapproachable for the majority of Americans. Normal distractions of work, bills, and home life often prevent someone from being able to dedicate the appropriate time and money to a traditional 4-year degree program. This has led to a rise in new marketplace offerings that attempt to bypass traditional universities completely…we think that’s a problem and unnecessary. Our solution addresses the issues of higher education’s accessibility and affordability and keeps students on a proper collegiate path.Student Debt…THE Crisis Of Our Time Student debt has now reached a level of epic proportions. At $1.34 Trillion in the United States alone, it’s larger than both Auto and Credit Card Debt. It places a crushing burden on young learners and often prevents working adults from getting the modern skills and education they need to improve their livelihood. We’re working tirelessly to alleviate that burden and help people get years back from their lives. It means someone could buy a home sooner, spend more time with family, or pursue the job of their dreams rather than working any job to meet their debt payments. Top 3 Hot Point Takeaways:Cutting College DebtMillennials and Future EducationImportance of Health and Happiness Today’s Resource Links from the Podcast:https://www.onlinedegree.com/https://www.onlinedegree.com/free-courses/https://www.linkedin.com/in/grant-aldrich/https://www.facebook.com/onlinedegreecom/https://twitter.com/onlinedegreecomhttps://www.linkedin.com/company/onlinedegree/  Watch us on YouTube:https://youtu.be/bpTu6e7wO-U Timestamped Show Notes:00:30 - Introduction07:45 - Yeah, I think that actually, the realization that education is going to go online was decoupled from coming up with the actual business model, because I knew for such a long period of time that online education is the wave of the future, just like it's changed every industry. It'll change dating. It'll change every facet of how we interact with one another and how we interact on occasion. I knew that was gonna happen and we see that in the data. I mean, higher education as a whole, it's a massive industry valued at around $700 billion.20:00 - You could literally possibly even get so successful, that you make more money than your parents while living in your mom's basement. There are all of these technological advancements that have created so much freedom. But to your point, I feel like we've lost some of the bricklaying as I kind of tried to connect with the whole highway bill, and then we've lost the foundation, right?28:00 - We have a ton of psychology and the mental side of that longevity factor of being healthy all the way up until the day you die. It's such a big factor. In fact, I wrote a, so I had children recently, I've got three kids under three and a half. One of the exercises I did was I wrote them a letter. I tried to incorporate this, that this is going to be for them although way down the road. I tried to incorporate a lot of wisdom into that letter. One of the key tenets, I'll boil some of it down, is that you have to live a life of happiness and one of the tenets of that is is health.40:00 - But things have totally changed. The community college system is really broken in so many ways because it's not so cheap and you still have to pay a decent amount. So it is not that accessible because it's a government institution and government institutions are always behind the times and they're not able to adapt quickly enough to make programs online.50:00 - It's sad too since there are good people in these organizations to that credit of that woman or a person who is with you. Yeah, there are excellent people and they're very determined. It's not their fault. The professors there, they may all be excellent. It's just the institution itself. I mean, it's government run and when we look at any other government run institution, the DMV, the Post Office, etc, the whole goal here is to provide a service to everybody at the lowest cost. You're ultimately at the mercy of taxpayer dollars. So you can't possibly provide a good service to everybody and provide some that everybody needs and stay in front of it all. That's not how they're designed to move. That's a bureaucracy.01:02:00 - Final Words Our Final Words of the Show:Asking for some final words is actually quite timely because of that letter that I've been writing to my children, the message we would come back to is happiness. It's weird about all of that, as it's so intuitive that we have to be happy. And yet it's one of the hardest things you could see people try to achieve because I think in a lot of cases people don't really know themselves. I think that's a sad thing like they kind of live their lives papering over and never going through introspection to really know who they are. I think that's key right? Because if you know who you are, you can know how to be happy. They look at your life right now, all of these things you're doing that are just awesome, right? You're living a life, health, your career, all of your entrepreneurial ventures the way you're helping people. Your philanthropy, philanthropic efforts with your nonprofit I mean that is all a life driven on happiness and living in the moment kind of thing. I think that that in and of itself is a legacy that you can leave behind, something that you can be a good example of because they're sad, but that's just rare. Most people do not live that way. Action Steps:Support our 501c-3 non-profit and visit http://fuelfoundations.orgHelp us reach more people with 5 Star Reviews, visit iTunes and Submit a ReviewJoin our private Facebook community The FUEL UP Mindset

Marcus travels regularly around the world determined to provoke change by educating on cause finding and alternative cancer therapies. Marcus offers Functional Medicine Health Coach education and support to thousands in the form of newsletters, webinars, courses and videos including the education of Ozone, PEMF and Hyperthermia treatments. Top 3 Hot Point Takeaways:Pending Today’s Resource Links from the Podcast:https://www.instagram.com/trulyhealwww.trulyheal.comhttps://twitter.com/Freudenmannhttps://twitter.com/TrulyHeal Our Mentioned Influencers:Pending Watch us on YouTube:Pending Timestamped Show Notes:00:30 - Introduction10:00 - Three different patients, three different treatment protocols, three different approaches to achieve the same issue, to get rid of breast cancer. That's when for the first time it dawned on me that instead of looking at the disease and trying to kill the tumor or trying to destroy the cancer, we look at the patient and actually look at their circumstances. That's when we started out to really make that big shift and put everything together. Since then, I've worked with the most outstanding doctors around the world who do functional medicine and we've put together a map. On our website, this map really shows all the different areas that we need to take. It starts really simple, like we've got health and gut health, which comes in so many different variations to graph too.20:00 - That's why if a patient comes in, they're in a critical situation, if I add on top of their critical, stressful situation, then a complete shift to a different diet. It may help but it also may not so that's why we are where we are in our approach, very scientific. You can just make blind recommendations, everybody does that today. All the internet is filled with blind recommendations though, it helps do this. Everybody tries out pretty much everything without considering their personal situation and that's why functional medicine goes a lot back into that area.30:00 - Let me just tell that one little story, if you go into a movie and you watch a movie, and there is an actor, and that actor gets into trouble, and then you stay with that actor and you wish for them, and you hope that they get through and then they overcome the problem and they come out at the end as the hero right? We love that in a movie! Well, if we look at our own life, do we love it? The same way if we get into trouble? Do we stand to our own character and say, well, we overcome the problem and we learn from it. We grow from it. No, we usually abandoned, we don't want to be associated with any of it. We want to push that away and that's something that I found as soon as we appreciate the problem. As soon as we embrace the problem and say, look, it is now part of my life and afterwards I'll be stronger and more powerful, well, then that's what we should do. Embrace the disease and not try to get rid of it.40:00 - The magnetic field that builds up, that is what protects our Earth from outside influences from the universe, from the radiation. It holds us on the surface. It's the magnetic field, and it's in moments between zero and 60 hertz. It's that natural rumbling of the earth and that is a frequency that we absorb. That makes our bones strong, that enlightens every cell, without EMF or without that magnetic field, we would not be able to survive. That's what they recognized when they went to space and the astronauts were away from the earth field of the Earth, and their health was going down, their white blood cell count was going down there, the whole body disintegrated. They're in a magnetic field that is increased in that ship to keep them healthy and they discovered benefits of pulsed electromagnetic fields. The static magnetic field doesn't have that influence. It needs to be that motion, that movement that couldn't see to enliven ourselves and that's what we recreate with the device.50:00 - Well, animals respond really well to PEMF, we do horses. There's no Derby winner, no race horse in the world that has not received PEMF, you know they are. If you have a whole site worth a million dollars, you will pay $20,000 for a device without a problem. Every racehorse is treated with PEMF, for example, you can correct that gate. You know, if they run a little bit sideways, one side, you know not in line. They can treat that by counter balancing the other side like repair sacral area which is very effective.56:50 - Final Words Our Final Words of the Show:We must learn to empower ourselves to live a healthy, radiant life and appreciate the growth from these unfortunate diseases. Disease is not a bad thing, but actually a help of the universe for you to evolve, grow and become the best you can be. The disease is actually not a bad thing, it helps us to grow exponentially. Action Steps:Support our 501c-3 non-profit and visit http://fuelfoundations.orgHelp us reach more people with 5 Star Reviews, visit iTunes and Submit a ReviewJoin our private Facebook community The FUEL UP Mindset

He's doing all of these crazy things like that show American Ninja Warrior. You are gonna get whacked off the podium and fly into a big vat of pudding. What it's like to be an entrepreneur, well, it's not that delicious at times. So you just have to get used to that idea. I'm going to continually be showing up to this obstacle course every day. I don't know what it's going to be and there has to be the thrill behind it. This ties into a good legacy message too and we talked about this kind of earlier too. Healthcare or Universal Death Care and PTSD
Are We Getting Univeral Healthcare or Death Care?!As a Marine Corps Special Forces Combat doc fighting to save lives while dealing with mass casualty events and incoming rockets, to owning a busy medical clinic in the USA fighting to provide quality medical care while dealing with ill-advised government regulations, excessive profit driven policies by insurance companies, and price gouging by "big pharma,” Dr. Anderson has unique insight into what healthcare has become and what that costs each of us as patients.Quote: "of the people, by the people, for the people." Abraham LincolnMaster of Christian Studies Regent College, 1996-1998. Vancouver, BC Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, 1998-2002. Kirksville, MO Undersea/Diving Medical Officer, UMO/DMO Naval Undersea Medical Institute, 2004. Groton, CT, Panama City, FL Master of Public Health School of Health Management, ATSU, 2005-2006. Kirksville, MO Fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology Fellow Member of the American Society of Mohs Surgeons Certificate of Added Qualification for Mohs Surgery, American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology President of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology 2020-2021 Top 3 Hot Point Takeaways:US Health Care is failingUniversal Death CareServing as a Doctor in Iraq Today’s Resource Links from the Podcast:universaldeathcarebook.comreaganbanderson.comLinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/reagan-anderson-1a5890144/YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/c/YourHealthUniversity Our Mentioned Influencers:The Magic Pill film - imdb.com/title/tt6035294/FAT: a Documentary film - imdb.com/title/tt8439204 Watch us on YouTube:https://youtu.be/W4d_RwxKgBs Timestamped Show Notes:00:30 - Introduction10:00 - Let's talk about the most shameful moment in my life in Fallujah. When I turn my back on someone who needed my care and in trauma or something And tie all of that into American healthcare so that hopefully use them as parables if you will. Hopefully, we can start to understand the quagmire we're in especially now with this Coronavirus. I mean the best thing that you can do to protect yourself from the Coronavirus, maybe wash your hands and not be in the same room as someone. Next. Yeah. But after that, the best thing you can do is to be healthy, to have the right body mass index to not be overweight to eat. Well. Do you know last year they came out with a study that if you consumed more than four ultra-processed foods a day now that's your chips, your hot dogs, your sports drinks, your chocolates, your candies, frozen pizzas, those sorts of things? You had a 62% increased chance or increased hazard for all causes of death 62% and for every one ultra-processed food you added on top of that there was an extra 18 percent.14:30 - Between 50 and 85% of all healthcare costs in this country are spent on treating enormously preventable diseases. 50 to 85% of people say there's no money for universal health care in this country and they're 100% right with how things are with the fattest country in the world. We waste money on things that you and I were not a doctor and I didn't have the knowledge I had, if I went back in time, these are things I can handle. Most hate to admit that it's based on nutrition, just how I'm fueling my body, day in and day out could affect so much.19:20 - Physicians actually get paid less money if we do not prescribe a drug. We are incentivized to do so, so big pharma has bought the laws that say, hey, I can talk to you about peas and carrots, or maybe more carrots because they're more keto-friendly than I think a pea. But I'll talk to you more about what we should say, i.e. kale and carrots. Then if I were to write you medication for your blood pressure control, so the whole system I mean, if you look at the amount of money that's been spent on lobbyists for quote-unquote healthcare over the years it's astonishing. The cycle just keeps perpetuating and American culture, this entitlement culture of I can do whatever I want, I can smoke, I can drink, I can be 200 pounds overweight, and its somebody else's job to pay for it to make me healthy, and it's someone else's job to give me the right pill to make me help. That's not how it should work. It's about a lifestyle choice. It's about getting up in the morning and purposefully planning your day not just from a food perspective, not just from an exercise perspective, but also for how you're going to take care of your brain because that feeds the whole machine.25:00 - Listen, man, I have PTSD from Iraq and every single month I get up and I exercise, then I focus on how my day is going to go. I say, if this happens, this will happen, so it's a ritual now if you want to call it meditation if you want to call it prayer, whatever works for you, but I structure my day in that PTSD. Those really horrible stories, a lot of which I write in the book that I can remember, they are now some of the biggest strengths that I have. Because of my exercise, my diet, my mindset, my focus, my meditation, prayer, whatever you want to call it, that makes it better. I designed my life, I designed my lifestyle, so all of these quote-unquote bad things in life. They're not weighing me down. I don't need a pill. I can do it myself. I can reprogram my brain. I can reprogram these experiences.30:00 - For a doctor to admit that he has a mental illness diagnosis like PTSD, the medical board could do whatever they want with me. Like forcing psychiatric evaluations or and they can do whatever they want. When we're trying to get our medical license in different states, they always ask about mental illness when we are re-credentialing at hospitals. We have to send it to our friends or colleagues and ask, do you know of any mental illness problem? It doesn't matter if you went through a divorce, or something horrible happened in your family, you have to self-report on your fellow physician.40:00 - Baby boomers, they have about an eight to ten percent mortality rate when they contact this Coronavirus COVID-19. Yeah, 8 to 10% of people who don't smoke, who are their peers, are at the right weight and all those sorts of things, are a little bit less than 2%.49:00 - Every year the cost of medical care far outpaces inflation. I mean, if you look at 1960 healthcare costs, they were about 5% of the gross domestic product. So about 5% of GDP and $27.2 billion is about that. It's about $146 per person. 2017, the numbers are 17.9% GDP or 3.5 trillion dollars and that is approximately $10,739 per person.56:10 - All right, so this is interesting and it's crazy. Doctors love statistics, so did you know that 5% of our populace consumes 50% of the dollars. Now the healthiest 50% consumed only 3% of all healthcare dollars out there.01:02:00 - Final Words Our Final Words of the Show:I'm here and trying to free people on how to lose weight and how to do these things. All you have to do is say I'm worth it. My loved ones are worth it, my country and my planet are all worth it. You just have to shift your mindset. Control your subconscious like me with PTSD. I could be a guy, a bum on the street asking for money right now, I could have every excuse in the world for that. Instead, I'm controlling it and I'm working towards it every day. You can too, I don't care what your mental illnesses could be. I don't care what your past is. Your future is what you create of it. Listen to these podcasts. Have an intention for your life, build the life of your dreams, and then help others accomplish it for them. Action Steps:Support our 501c-3 non-profit and visit http://fuelfoundations.orgHelp us reach more people with 5 Star Reviews, visit iTunes and Submit a ReviewJoin our private Facebook community The FUEL UP Mindset

We can actually tell your story in a blog post or a book, but the book obviously has a spine, but it may not sell. Maybe you sell 200 books but you're blocked. Now your post we'll reach 5000. So what do you want to do? If they tell me I'd rather do a book than a blog post, then I know they're doing it for the fame because they want their name on the spine.20:00 - I remember reading a book a long time ago and it said just put on some lipstick and you'll be fine.31:10 - It's a brand, the red shield is a brand, the red Cadillac, a Christmas sign, that is all branding. So people who were in the marketing department help further that brand and then people give to that brand.40:00 - I don't like people spamming my inbox. So let's tell a story instead. That's what sells, you tell and sell but don't blast me. I'm gonna delete you.53:00 - For the listeners, they don't know that you have a cute little white puppy on your lap. What kind of breed is it again? A Maltese?59:37 - Final Words Our Final Words of the Show:I always tell people, those that show up, go up, meaning, just show up in your life, show up at places when you're invited to different things to show up. Then bring your A-Game, bring your best self, show up to go up.Don't just be in life where it's just participating but really be intentional about it. Where you are going and who you are meeting matters, if you genuinely liked someone, like, I genuinely like Scott, make sure that you make those personal connections. Social media and all of this technology make it really easy for people to hide. But if you're really real with people let people know that you like them that you appreciate them that, that you promote them, you share with them, and it just works. Action Steps:Support our 501c-3 non-profit and visit http://fuelfoundations.orgHelp us reach more people with 5 Star Reviews, visit iTunes and Submit a ReviewJoin our private Facebook community The FUEL UP Mindset

HRR Method with Wholistic Health Coach Dr. Andrea Blake
Wholistic Healing, LifeFORCE Energy Flow, and Chiropractic Care:Dr. Andrea Blake is the “Wholistic Health Coach” on an unrelenting mission to heal, restore, and recharge lives through the healing art of what she has coined as the “HRR Method.” Dr. Andrea empowers her community as a tireless advocate, speaker, and thought-leading healer.Quote: "Live life, love life, allow life, embrace life...just BE HERE FOR IT!"Sharing evidence-based truths, Dr. Andrea roots for everyone on their natural health journey, standing firm on her driving principle that God has equipped all people with “life force energy.” She charges forward to deliver her message that we are innately born with everything necessary to obtain and maintain health for living at our highest expression. It is the healing of not just our bodies but also our mindsets which Dr. Andrea strives for on her journey to heal, restore, and recharge lives. Top 3 Hot Point Takeaways:Chiropractic Care vs "Traditional Medicine"Our Flow of EnergyWholistic Health Today’s Resource Links from the Podcast:DrAndreaBlake.comFacebook.com/drandreablakeLinkedin.com/in/drandreablakeInstagram: @drandreablakeTwitter: @drandrablakePodcast: LifeFORCEnergy with Dr. Andrea Blake Our Mentioned Influencers:Public Relations with Pam Perry via PamPerryPR.com Watch us on YouTube:https://youtu.be/w6w0Ogb9qec Timestamped Show Notes:00:30 - Introduction10:00 - I never really took a lot of Tylenol, Aspirin, Advil, and all these brand names of anti-inflammatories that we all just take for granted. The fact that we just keep pumping them down our gullets is not okay. It throws everything off, as you know, 70% of our immune system is in our gut. Our body is dependent on the proper healthy gut biome alignment and the body has to be able to handle anything that comes.21:30 - The most successful people out there can attest, if you're not embracing change, or remaining open to the influence of possible change for growth, you're not going to grow because you're just staying stagnant. It's like people are going to the MD day after day or week after week getting the same diagnosis. Then it becomes well, we haven't tried this yet, so let's try this drug and then let's try that other drug, etc, etc.30:00 - The wholistic side is definitely a big part of my business and brand because I believe healing is not just in one area. Chiropractic can't heal everything. It definitely sets the body up for better healing, it can set up the process to happen more optimally than without chiropractic. But there's also the nutritional factor and there is the physical factor the fitness and then definitely there's the mental game where everything happens. First, your mindset and then the spiritual comes in as well. So just being able to be aware of that healing and living holistically unhealthy optimally has a lot of different spectrums to it.44:00 - I like that broken wing concept. It's something that I guess it's a habit, but the mind is so powerful. It's whatever you say and think that's what's going to happen and especially with your body. I always say when I'm talking in my workshops, there are different areas, your cells are always listening, your whole body, your muscles, to whatever you say.52:50 - Final Words Our Final Words of the Show:Just thinking about Life, you know, holistically, taking it all in and letting it flow. Things have come to you and I believe in that the more that we allow our bodies to heal and you're able to let down resistance, we're able to think more clearly and set clear intentions. Really take care of ourselves in a radical type of way unapologetically. Things will just flow better and we don't have to work as hard to chase as much or worry as much. Life wants to kind of flow for us and to us, so we have to set ourselves up for that. Action Steps:Support our 501c-3 non-profit and visit http://fuelfoundations.orgHelp us reach more people with 5 Star Reviews, visit iTunes and Submit a ReviewJoin our private Facebook community The FUEL UP Mindset

Live Patriotic Entrepreneurship with Skibinski Flag Company
From DIY Wooden Flags to Patriotic Entrepreneurship:Another LIVE podcast today from inside my This Old Garage restoration project. Today we talked about Patriotic Entrepreneurship with Dyann and Jason of Skibinski Flag Company upon their delivery of my new Thin Violet Line wooden flags! This is a wife and husband dynamic duo who work the front lines of our respected medical profession. We love sharing the side hustle inspirations that turn entrepreneurial, especially from our local city of Bethlehem from the Great Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania.Quote: "100% Handmade wood flags made by my fiancé and I." ~ Jason Skibinski Top 3 Hot Point Takeaways:Nothing comes easy.Learning to work together as married business partners.Life balance from jobs to a side hustle. Today’s Resource Links from the Podcast:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Skibinski-Flag-Company-473687793386642Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/skibinski_flag_company/Instagram: @skibinski_flag_companyContact Skibinski Flag Company: Phone- (610) 417-9616Contact Skibinski Flag Company: Email - skibinski_flag_company@yahoo.com  Our Mentioned Influencers:Fallen Granite Mountain Hotshots: https://azstateparks.com/hotshots/the-hotshots/about-the-hotshotsOnly The Brave Movie: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3829920/Eric Marsh Foundation: https://ericmarshfoundation.org/ Watch us on YouTube:https://youtu.be/eAlOvSC8J5k Watch us on Facebook:https://www.facebook.com/livethefuel/videos/628878714513720/ Timestamped Show Notes:00:30 - Introduction10:00 - Our first flag was April of last year, 2019. Just getting around to a year at this. Not even at a year. You just fire you just finished your hundredth flag. Well, actually I'm actually at 103 right now.20:30 - We're going to be making the gun concealment flags and tables one day soon too. I made one coffee table that's in our apartment right now. When you're moving into a furniture price, that is another level.30:00 - I was hoping that was your shop. As soon as I saw that, I was like, look for the flag and you will find me. You have to peer through my patriotism to get into this building.40:00 - As of 2020 how many different flags are you making? I mean, I'm just gonna keep adding new ones. As you know, if anybody approaches me and they're like, hey, can you put this on, I just say yes. For example, like their department logos? I've done EMS ones with their custom logo. I have a guy actually in Arizona that makes the stencils for me. So it's one-time use until I start to get into that or I get Dyann into it.50:00 - That's again where she stepped into it when I was running myself dry in the beginning because I was going all over the place. If somebody lived two hours away and they reached out to me on Facebook, I'd be like, you know I can meet you halfway at an hour, right? So think about an hour there, an hour back, I was losing time and that's gas money. So she shut that down real quick.56:00 - Final Words Our Final Words of the Show:Jason:Honestly, I do provide for my wife and one day our kids, you know, I want to build something that they can be proud of. I want to be humble. I don't like to be like, hey man, these are the coolest flags, like yeah, you can find better flags out there too.Dyann:We came a long way and not even a year later he wasn't sure it was gonna come to anything. The first day he was like, hey babe, I want to do this, do you? A DIY project? I was just like, okay, and the first flag came out horrible. I won't lie. The blue was over here, the stars were all over the place. But his mom actually has our first flag. She kept that, she's gotta have the origins. Action Steps:Support our 501c-3 non-profit and visit http://fuelfoundations.orgHelp us reach more people with 5 Star Reviews, visit iTunes and Submit a ReviewJoin our private Facebook community The FUEL UP Mindset
