Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, & Blockchain Gaming
Virtual Reality is now accessible to more people but not as accessible as Augmented Reality. If you've used Snapchat or played Pokemon Go you're already familiar with this technology. In the near future, XR will be a normal part of our lives which will also integrate with Blockchain gaming. Coupled with cryptocurrency, this technology will allow us to create, earn, and live in ways we never imagined.  Resources from the episode: -https://mywebar.com/ -https://artivive.com/ -https://www.8thwall.com/ -https://lensstudio.snapchat.com/ -https://sparkar.facebook.com/ar-studio/ -https://lightship.dev/products/ardk/

Learning through experience with Vondell Richmond
In this episode of Live & Learn we have an enlightening conversation with the multitalented Vondell Richmond. He's a public speaker, business coach, city councilman, actor, author, ordained minister and has even made a movie. One of my favorite interviews thus far, I learned a bunch and really resonated with many of the things we talked about. Unfortunately we had some technical difficulties so didn't get the full interview but there's a ton of value jammed packed into this episode.  He talks about his first "LEarn" experience (which happened back in the day) where he was able to trade something of value for knowledge & experience that ended up getting his script into film. We talk about 3 different mentors in our lives, up mentor, peer mentor, and down mentor and I really love the way he breaks it down & explains who each of those is. Also, finding your why. Which is actually a simple question you ask yourself.  So Vondell has a wealth of knowledge in many areas and we only scratched the surface here. I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did.

Kristi goes in depth about the different disciplines of horseback riding, she also explains her fascinating thesis on osteoarthritis which is prevalent in 80% of horses and could possibly extend their lifespan, and how she still doesn't know what she wants to be when she grows up which has allowed her to experience so many things.
