Black women are dope! Black women are magic! And….Black women are scientists! Unfortunately, we do not see enough Black women as scientists, but they exist! On this episode we sit down with a particularly dope scientist, Alexi Palmer, who helped to work on the Pfizer vaccine. Alexi shares with us, her journey in the Bronx,  how she fell in love with science, and the history of vaccines in this country. We have real talk about how the COVID-19 vaccine works.
