We all somehow go through such events in our lives, maybe directly or by seeing close one going through it. It's hard to find a single that had no such traumatic memories in their life. So what actually can we do to go through such a tough situation??? • Seek for professional help if needed. Sometimes talking with a psychiatrist or therapist can help you navigate through your tough phases. • Assessment of the danger of such traumatic or dark past incidents. It can make you  aware of the depth of such memories and the impact it constantly has in your life.    • Accept those events to free yourself from such a burden you were carrying throughout your life. • Try to relinquish those horrible chapters to help yourself to be prepared for a reset. • Be ready to move on. At higher levels of awakening, we may feel that we have lost our usual sense of self and become one with the entire world. Three contexts consistently show up as significant triggers of awakening experiences. • Situations like when we are in stress, depression, and loss. • Contact with nature can trigger this awakening experience. • Even By spiritual practice. (meditation and includes prayer and psycho-physical practices such as yoga.) The most significant thing about awakening experiences is their after-effects. Life can be unpredictable. You were fine the day before, but you might get sick the next day. Physical illness can have a significant impact on our minds and vice versa. So, How to motivate yourself or be productive when you are sick? What to do when you are sick? How to keep yourself up from the feeling of sickness? In this video, I've discussed how to remain productive or motivated and utilize this time to develop yourself when you're sick. Also, the ways to keep yourself distracted from the thought of being sick.   Reading - reading anything can be a great help for you. It can be anything from a book to a kindle or even listening to a podcast, as long as you would be able to enjoy it. This can help you to distract yourself from the thought of being unwell, and it is pure self-help stuff. Family - spending quality time with family would prove to be an excellent option for you to do in the days of your sickness. It can function as a bonding time for you. Even you can try calling for a talk to the people you care about but couldn't have it for a while. Work-related stuff - you can even WORK ON the work-related stuff, as you want it. Which can keep you in shape and productive on your bad days as well. Home & lifestyle - you can utilize this time to focus on your home or living space. This can keep you busy and motivated. And most importantly stuffs like redecoration or cleaning your home will make you feel even better. And finally, Watching movies and shows - you can watch movies or shows you like or always wanted to watch but couldn't have the chance or time for that. Now, this is the perfect time for it. Doing these things can significantly shift your mental aspects and help you recover from this phase. The definition of failure (and maybe even the word itself) should be stricken from the dictionary. If you really think about it and change your mindset...there's actually no such thing as failure! But failure in business? In love? In any other aspect of life? That’s not failure. That’s a setback. People confuse these two words way too often. They view failure as an ongoing phenomenon that follows you around because you made one mistake. But the truth is, we’re all growing and making mistakes every day. Those mistakes can be overcome. That’s why you should change your mindset. I even think failure should be removed from the dictionary. Just look at the first definition of failure. It's defined as a lack of success. A lack of success? How many successful people do you think lacked success at one point? Does that make them failures? At the Olympics if you come in last, are you a failure? No! This video is simply a reminder for all of you out there to spend some time slowing down and take time off of work. That’s right. I’m giving you permission to stop and smell the roses for a minute. Or an hour. Whatever it takes for you to be able to reassess and reorganize for the year to come. You see, now that we've all been readjusting to life outside of quarantine, our lives have gone back to being jam-packed with meetings, activities, and all sorts of plans. But it's important to relax and just pause for a moment. By slowing down and taking time to pause, you can set yourself up for success in 2022. If you take time off of work now, you can have a great fourth quarter, which will give you momentum as you begin the coming year. Too often we just keep our heads bowed down and do our best to move our business forward. But if you never spend time slowing down and looking up from your desk, how will you know where your destination is? How will you know how far you’ve come? When you begin slowing down and taking some time off of work, you give yourself a chance to look ahead, or to look back at where you’ve been before. So go ahead. Pause. Breathe. When I heard this very statement from one of the team meetings I attended in 2003 as a new real estate professional, I was immediately blown away. And it has since revolutionized the way I do business forever. Today, I talk about the importance of asking questions in sales, client relationships, and building trust in business. Until that meeting, I had never heard of that concept before. My approach in doing business when I was in stock brokerage was helping clients by giving them information that would answer any questions they had. It was very transaction-based. This didn't give me the opportunity to form even better client relationships by being a consultant or advisor to my client. Asking questions in sales or when doing business, in general, helps you become that trusted consultant or advisor to your client. It helps with building trust in business relations because it drives the focus away from you and what you know, and instead puts the spotlight on your client's wants and needs. This shows that you actually CARE about your client. In doing business, you'll want to be INTERESTED, NOT INTERESTING. Know the difference! Beyond this (what I dare call an) anomaly of a stock market high will be a SEVERE market crash that follows in the next 6 to 12 months. The growth has just become unsustainable. Life moves fast these days. With smartphones and other distractions pulling us in multiple directions, it’s easy to get worn down. But think about this: When you put on your pajamas and get ready for bed, what are you telling yourself? Are you thinking about how tired you are and what a horrendous day you had? Or, are you thinking about how excited you are to wake up for another day? I can assure you, if you’re thinking about how tired you are, you're doing something wrong. It’s as simple as that. If you're always dreading Monday, then you're not going to enjoy your week or live your life fully. But being able to recognize that something's off or that you're in the wrong place is a step in the right direction. Now, in order to get energized, you might need a side hustle. A side hustle can give you purpose. It’s your "escape plan". Having something that you're excited and passionate about might just help you get out of feeling drained. It may be challenging, but at least it will be a challenge you can look forward to. If you want to stop feeling tired of life all the time, find your passion. Get a side hustle. Today I’m going to discuss how to get out of your comfort zone. I’ve made videos about this before, but today I want to share how you can actually PRACTICE it. I also talk about a revelation I've just had about why it’s so difficult to get out of your comfort zone. One thing’s for sure, life begins at the end of your comfort zone. In case anyone needs reminding, why should we leave the comfort zone? This may seem obvious and you've probably heard this a couple of times already, but leaving the comfort zone is our way of growing, embracing change, exploring new strategies, learning new things, and moving forward. Once while cooking, I wasn’t sure if the burner was working. So I put my hand on the stove to test it, and needless to say, I scorched my fingers! For a while after that, I couldn’t use my dominant hand while I recovered. My takeaway from that experience is that there are always opportunities to grow, even in the smallest or most mundane of ways. Since the accident, I’ve been using my non-dominant hand. Yes, I left the comfort zone of relying on my right hand and started using my left hand. I’m learning a new way of doing things, and while it’s uncomfortable and weird, it’s necessary. We find it hard to leave the comfort zone because it can feel weird - and weird IS okay. We have to get used to that feeling to experience growth. You can start small, but you MUST start because life begins at the end of your comfort zone! Watch until the end to hear more of my tips on how to get out of your comfort zone. Whether you’re in school or at a job, what you excel at can quickly become clear to you if you pay attention. Don’t let yourself be distracted by your weaknesses. It seems like there is a pervasive belief in society that says we should be balanced. But I don’t believe that. Why spend your time and energy on something you don’t like, just to be average at it? In today’s video, we will talk about all things money, including how you can avoid negative cash flow and credit card debt. I will share some of my own life lessons in financial literacy, which you can hopefully find helpful in your own life. Would you describe yourself as rich, poor, or somewhere in between? We are currently experiencing a global financial crisis, with more people living in poverty than ever. This makes it even more pressing for you to learn how to manage your finances, as for everyone else. As people who have both income and expenses, we should treat ourselves like a business or an entity. Ideally, your income should exceed your expenses. Else, you might be in trouble. When you have less income than expenses, you enter a negative cash flow status, which is what leads most people into credit card debt. Credit cards allow us to buy things that we cannot necessarily afford today, with the promise of paying for them in the future. Unfortunately, while it seems helpful initially, you might end up buying something that's more than you can afford in the future. Especially with interest, you can also end up paying more than what the item is actually worth. In improving on your financial literacy, you can manage your finances better by avoiding a negative cash flow situation and not falling into the trap of credit card debt. As the saying goes, “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink." There are so many things you can do to improve your life and achieve your goals. And there are coaches like me and other people around you who can guide you and give you support. But how many people actually take action? To have the mindset of a winner, you have to grab those opportunities when presented - don't be stubborn! I often recommend strategies to my clients in order to help them make more money. But sometimes, they just don’t follow through on what I know will give them the results that they want. When I check in with them days or weeks later, they often haven’t even tried to do the thing that is guaranteed to help them. You just can't make them drink. Don't be stubborn. When someone brings you water, at least take a sip. If you don’t at least give something a chance, you’ll remain stuck in your ways. Trying something new, even if it’s uncomfortable at first, is what defines the mindset of a winner. One thing that can help you become more willing to take action is to figure out exactly what you want. Sometimes we ask for things we don’t truly want and when we get them, we’re not truly satisfied. It’s important to figure out what your goals are. Where do you need to go so you can start achieving the results you want? If you want to adopt the mindset of a winner, don't be stubborn. Take some time to really get clear about what you want and where you should go to get it. It's always more productive to take action now rather than later. How I approach everyday is I look forward to getting to my destination, wherever that may be. Whether it's going to the office or grabbing lunch or getting my car washed, I always create a sense of urgency to fulfill my purpose. But it doesn't mean that I always hurry or that I try to do everything as fast as possible. Having a healthy balance means that you can work at a pace that's comfortable for you. It's not just about going fast, it's about working smart and remembering to take action now. When you have duties that you must do and are committed to when you want to complete these tasks, you're giving yourself structure to know when to switch gears between productivity and personal time. I challenge you to start paying attention to the speed at which you move through life. If you're fast and foolish, you'll experience many obstacles that can sway you to a different direction from your destination or your purpose. I used to be a pretty good athlete, playing all the 3 big sports of baseball, basketball and football really well. I won many awards. And while I still play softball now in my adult life, my skills are nowhere near where they used to be, and that’s okay. When we were all in high school, the popular guy was always earmarked to be the most successful - yet very often, that doesn't become the reality. If you think the best years of your life were in high school, that’s not a great place to be. Because living in the past or trying to relive past moments over and over again just keeps you from living your current reality AND your future. You need to make peace with the days that have passed. Consider the possibilities of having your best days ahead of you instead. You have the opportunity to continue to grow, to learn, to reinvent yourself, and to reimagine the future.  Remember, your best days are ahead of you. So, leave the past behind and make new memories.
