Professor Julia Rucklidge is a Canadian-born clinical psychologist who is the director of the Mental Health and Nutrition Research Group at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. Her research has centered on mental health and nutrition. For the past decasde, the Mental Health and Nutrition Research Group has been running clinical trials investigating the role of broad-spectrum micronutrients on people with mental illness, specifically ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety and stress. In 2014 presented a TEDx talk called “The surprisingly dramatic role of nutrition in Mental Health” which has had over 1.5 millions views.
