Severe storms are mostly likely between 4 PM and 8 PM south of Interstate 80, with an increasing risk of severe weather with southward progression. Large hail is the primary hazard, with a lesser damaging wind and isolated tornado threat. Flooding continues along the Missouri River from Plattsmouth downstream past Rulo, and along the Missouri River above Lewis and Clark Lake. Days two through seven. Wednesday through Monday.
