This week on Lift & Co. we catch up with former IFB Bantamweight, WBC Super Bantamweight and WBA Super Featherweight Champ Leo Santa Cruz. Leo comes from a family of pro boxers and fighters and is making his tear through the ranks as he climbs through weight classes taking down championship belts with him. Leo was gracious enough to take some time out of his fight camp and talk to us about growing up as a boxer, the biggest problems with young boxers and what it really takes to become a champ.
