Richard begins today's show by explaining why Brisbane, Australia is a hotter real estate market in Australia compared to Sydney. Of course these numbers date back to the 1970's.Speaking of growing or expanding markets, on this show we reach to the Northern Territory. Well, you need to live more than 50 kilometers outside Sydney to come close price wise, BTW>> Port Vila is less than 5 kilometers., and when you compare a similar lot size, housing structure, labor cost to build the home, along with the commute time--there's more than a $150,000 difference.Finally, we take a trip back to Adelaide, Australia to learn more about wine.
