Apologies for the delays everyone… work got busy, and life kind of took over… but here is episode 25!   In this episode we conclude our discussion with Clark and Megan a geeky couple in the 20’s who have been experimenting with swinging for the last couple of years, but who consider themselves inexperienced because they have only had a couple of experiences.   We also explore Word of the Week.. its  a phrase really. Taking One for the Team. We talk a bit about what it means… and what it doesn’t mean… and then we explore an imaginary situation where we leave it up to you to try to figure out what you would say in a fictitious situation and ask you to call in your responses in a new segment called “What would YOU do?”  

In this episode we meet Clark and Megan. A young couple fairly new to the lifestyle. We learn about their beginnings, and some of the struggles they have had as they have gotten started in the lifestyle. We had a listener contact us and ask us if we ever and how we deal with Jealousy.  Rather than respond privately, we thought it might be better to respond via our podcast so that everyone can hear how we manage jealousy. We think all couples in the lifestyle deal with jealousy from time to time, and we think couples like us who have different approaches to the lifestyle where one is more poly and the other is more swinger.. it can really create problems. Join us as we discuss those issues… and find out how we get through some of our more difficult moments. You’ll feel Ellie’s struggles as we discuss it and she discusses it through her tears of frustration… not at Michael, but at her own struggles to put her insecurities behind her. As a non-monogamous person you’ll probably hear some of your own struggles, and hopefully will learn some tools to get through jealousy and insecurities, but if nothing else you’ll at least know, you’re not alone in your struggles. Sigh…. Mid-February and we’re only releasing our second episode of the year… Illness and general busy-ness are at fault… we’re doing our best to get back on track, but sometimes life just happens.  Hopefully we’ll clear out some of the speed bumps soon. Sorry it’s late, but this is Episode 11.  We had another busy weekend and Michael had a hot date on Sunday and then Karaoke Sunday night… so we simply ran out of time…. Life happens… We’re super excited about this episode because in this episode we get to interview our favorite Lifestyle Couple.. Max and Roxy!  Max and Roxy are an amazing couple, full of sexual energy, and so much fun. They have an interesting dynamic in the Lifestyle that we’ll talk about in this episode, and you’ll get a slightly different perspective than what we’ve had before. If you’re curious what we’re talking about… you’re going to have to tune in! We also have a new Word of the Day – Hotwife!  Only when we start doing some research do we learn that the term “hotwife” is a derivative of Cuckoldism and so its sort of a topic we have already covered, however, we learn some new information about Cuckolding and Hotwives that sheds it in a new light.  We still discount the term in regard to describing our experiences because we still don’t quite fit that label but the new information is enlightening. Talking a bit about Michael’s birthday experiences and listener comments stretches this episode a bit long, but we cover a lot of ground…. After taking a week off for Halloween festivities Michael and Ellie are back for the conclusion of the interview with Jamal and Ginger.  Jamal and Ginger are an awesome couple who are very funny and personable, and with some unique experiences in the lifestyle. We’re also honing our format to what it will ultimately look like… at least for interview episodes… a little talk time for us to update you on what it happening in our own lives, and the majority of the episode going to the interview itself.  Most episodes will break down into two separate interviews, while others may stretch into three. This episode is our second of what will be a 3 segment show where we talk to Peg and Dem about their lifestyle experience that spans nearly two decades. We’re going to hear more of the story about some of the most favorite and exciting experiences and also some of their bigger challenges.  You’ll also hear about the word of the day… Vanilla.. and what it means when we use the word Vanilla in regard to people.
