Does it seem your agent has went ghost and is now showing interest in your home because you are about to expire? Attention Employers do value that employee that has asked for a raise, but you said no. Lets fast forward two weeks and they give you notice so your scrambling and now you willing to give them that raise. Really! To the Listing Agents if you are working hard throughout the agreement's term the seller will not look to change. To the employers a thank you, appreciating your staff and find a small raise will go a long way. Thank you for listening.
