Level 10 Life Interview with Linda Clay- Helping to create the BEST season of your life.
https://www.lindamclay.com/LET’s MEET LINDA CLAY!! I’m Linda Clay and I help women who are stuck, not happy but have inside a burning knowledge that there’s so much more to life to reignite their dreams so they can live life with passion. I am here to walk the path with you, as someone who understands and believes in you even when you don’t want to believe in yourself. MY OWN PATH HAS BEEN ROCKY AND WINDING. The daughter of an alcoholic, my early life experiences taught me to be strong, independent, and resilient. My graduating year of high school, I got pregnant – in an era where nice girls didn’t do that. Unlike what society wanted me to think about myself, I wasn’t a bad girl – I just made a mistake. Shut away in an unwed mothers home, the choices I had to make were my own. Holding my baby daughter for the first and last time before she was whisked away for adoption was a stark introduction to the responsibilities of being an adult in a confusing and complicated world. I could barely comprehend the enormity of what had happened, or what was necessary to get past it and move on. BUT I DID. I married, and raised two daughters – but then had the breath knocked out of me as our oldest daughter became an addict. If you haven’t experienced it, it is like enduring a slow, painful death in the family. An excruciating process to face your own guilt and then learn to let go.BUT I DID. Despite the many ups and downs, I want to be clear that, while tumultuous, my life has not been a negative one. I’m grateful for the many blessings that have come my way – a fulfilling career, wonderful marriage, my beautiful grandchildren, many remarkable experiences and my own personal courage – which has been sorely tested at times. After a period of smooth sailing, my husband began experiencing pain in his right side. No big deal, the doctors say. It’s just his diabetes. Life goes on. We bought a house, planned our future, my career went from strength to strength and life continued to blossom. But my husband’s pain increased. Several trips to the emergency room and a battery of tests later, the doctor very quietly and gently told me that my husband had cancer. ‘Cancer is not a death sentence anymore,’ I told myself. ‘It will be okay’. Flash forward a few months and in a cold, dreary hospital room the oncologist told me that my husband had not one but two kinds of cancer. Treatment is no longer an option. Ten days later, I lost the love of my life. IN ONE HUGE, CRUSHING MOMENT, my world and life were wiped out. Depression hit. PTSD set in. I lost my beloved career, my house, my hope. I could have given up. BUT I DIDN’T. There were many times that I wanted to. But I kept taking one day at a time, placing one foot in front of the other. I started several different careers, moved several times, rebuilt my life one way then another, until finally reaching the point where I am today.I AM A SURVIVOR. AND SO ARE YOU.The survivor mentality is contagious, as are courage and compassion. When you’re accustomed to putting others first, treating yourself with compassion can feel alien. Doing so takes courage.I’ve been there, I know how you feel. I want to use my own personal experience to show you how you can recreate yourself on YOUR terms.

Level 10 Life Interview with Lisa Wade Berry – Lets shine bright , love big and boldly
http://lisawadeberry.com/Here is Lisa…. I want to make the world a better place.  It’s that simple. My career began working in politics and cause advocacy, hoping to encourage and participate in lasting change at a policy level. Empower change — that is what I seek to do.  Heck, I even build a consulting company by that name.Over the years though, I found that empowering positive change in people is essential if we want to see more positiveness in organizations, families or the world.I believe that we each have the opportunity to build a life that brings us joy and satisfaction.  I believe that we each have something inside us, that when shared, can benefit and uplift others and our world.Unfortunately, too many of us forget that.  I love helping people remember. When volunteering as an adult literacy tutor, leading classes designed to empower people in poverty, instructing college courses for convicted felons, or serving as a mentor on outdoor adventures for at-risk youth, I learned to connect with people where they are with respect and non-judgement.Now, through this safe and connected space, I work with clients to rediscover their own inner compass and too-often buried treasures. My passion is helping clients recognize, honor and boldly bring forward their best selves in a way that makes their lives, and our world, better as a result.

Episode: 247 – 7 Tips to avoid the “Why Not Me’s” – Business – Confidence- Inspiration
I was honored to be named a winner of the Seacoasts Top 10 to Watch Young Professionals award. #top10towatch . Let me start from the beginning on how I got there. I was nominated by two of my peers for the prestigious award Top 10 to Watch Young Professionals award. This is put on every year by The Catapult group and Seacoast online. I got the email that I was narrowed down to the top 20 and I was invited to an awards ceremony- my friends and parents came to cheer me on. The keynote speaker was amazing and told a great tale, catered taco dinner and tons of support. I LOVE tacos! – BONUS!  After we were all brought up on stage and introduced as the top 20 , they called each finalist out one by one to discuss their accomplishments. When it was my time to be announced I walked center stage to the X waved to the crowd and listened to what they had to say.  Once we were all named and took a group photo we retook our seats. This was the time to await to see if we made the top 10. They started announcing the names and I was counting as each was called on my fingers- there would be only 10. Once the top 5 were called I thought to myself 5 down and only 5 to go. Sure enough the 6th name to be called KATIE MAGGIO. Yes- it was ME! I joyously fist pumped as I walked up on stage to receive my plaque with a huge smile beaming on my face. Now that that I have told you about my accolades I want to get into an important lesson- The lesson is to never say ” WHY NOT ME?” – Because it can ALWAYS be YOU.  No matter what it can always be you.  So before you have another WHY NOT ME moment I want you to finish reading this.  Here are some steps to get rid of the WHY NOT ME’S!  1. Let go of any fear ,uncertainty and negativity-  Do not compare yourself to others and certainly do not envy what others have in a negative way. It is okay to admire others and what they have accomplished but it is NOT okay to have resentment. And for the love of goodness do not EVER let anyone feel like they are stealing your thunder.  2. Be completely relentless-  We all have heartbreaks, set backs and obstacles. This is temporary and under no circumstance a reason to quit your dreams. If it doesn’t work out the firest time try again. Leap and the net will appear.  3.Get clear on what you desire and need-  What is your dreams- what is it that you want to chase. Think of your absolute HUGE dream. It is so obtainable- you just have to want it BAD. Brainstorm what it is and get very very clear on it- see what it would look like to you in a year, two years or five years.   I will share with you my huge dream – that I will be asked by the University of New Hampshire ,my Alma mater, to be a key note speaker at a graduation.  4. Have a one track mind – Be obsessed with your dream – think about it all the time. Tell people about it , share it with everyone. Stay accountable and make sure you do one thing everyday to work towards it.  So repeat after me – Think it, be it, dream it, lust after it , love it.  5. Act like you already have it –  You need to think and live it like you already have it. Envisioning your life with your goal achieved will go a long way. If you can’t see yourself living it then it will not come true. Act and think like you GOT THE STUFF. Because you DO!  6. Make a vision board– I love love love vision boards and then once I make them I check in with them often to see how my progress is going. Check in and then course correct as necessary.  7. Surround yourself with the correct people-  The right people in your sphere can really influence your mindset.  If you set yourself up with the right people and eliminate all negative people then your thinking will change. Always surround yourself with optimistic, dreamers, hard workers and ass kickers.  You are UNSTOPPABLE and you should never ever have the ” WHY NOT ME?”  YOU GOT THIS!

Level 10 Interview with Coach Ellyn Schinke – determination- admiration – legacy
She is a former biomedical research turned transformational life and clarity coach for millennial women. After a decade in research and academia, she realized that the life she was living wasn’t hers. She didn’t want any of it. She didn’t want the accolades and the letters after her name were mattering less and less. Everything was telling her that there was more out there, but she kept resisting it. Until finally, she decided to listen. She quit her PhD and left a secure and respected career in science to pursue a life that frankly had a lot of unknowns. But she gave herself permission to change her mind, change her path and step into what she authentically wanted, not what everyone else wanted for her. Ultimately, this decision led her to travel the world for a year and take a headfirst, dive deep into passions and what it felt like every fiber of her being was telling her to do. Ellyn started a coaching business, launched a podcast, 2 online courses, a membership course and she’s just getting started. In her coaching work, she empowers millennial women to say “screw should” and take back their lives on their terms. To get clear on who they are and what they want so that they can create lives they f’ing love. Because we only have one life to live and it’s up to us to decide who we’re going to live it for. Ellyn is truly living her Level 10 Life .
