My guest on episode #7 is Ralph Manous. Ralph desires to have hard and meaningful conversations about police brutality and racism. He also opened up about what it is like to be a black police officer and spoke candidly about the racism he has and continues to face in and out of his uniform. He gives listeners insight on diversity training and potential differences in interactions with minorities. The latter part of our conversation included his thoughts on rioting and looting, defunding the police, and future engagement with communities of color. We end with how the Gospel has impacted his day to day life and what he's watching on Netflix. 

My guest on episode #6 is Diallo Smith. He is an advocate for justice and seeks to use his voice to bring about change. We talk through racism, racial injustice, the response to injustices, and the response the church should have.

 My guest on episode #5 is Kayla Grimmett. She is one of the most ambitious, wise, and kind people I have ever met joining us. Kayla is well versed in Enneagram so, this is a treat and you'll definitely want to take notes. We will be honing in on the Enneagram and how it doesn't have to be me-centric but Gospel-centered. Kayla discusses the 9 valid Enneagram types and how it can be the catalyst to increase self-awareness and produces inward growth.  We talk about the hard realities of self-exposure and the positives and negatives within each personality type. 

My guest on Episode #4 is Analise Cox. This episode is different and fun because it was impromptu and spontaneously recorded. This episode of Lets Talk About It features a dear friend, Majesty Campbell. We talk about what it means to be 20 something, black, saved, and vegan.  We share our experiences of growing up in predominately white environments and maintaining our blackness. Majesty shares her journey on being vegetarian for 10 years and transitioning to vegan for 2 years. Lastly, we zero in on what it is like to be a Christian in this cultural context we live in.
