Rob Consolo
Robert Consolo is a NASA Flight Controller at Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX having previously graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL with a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering (2021), B.S. in Commercial Space Operations (2017), and B.S. in Human Factors (2017). Rob has previously completed internships at NASA Wallops Flight Facility, SpaceX, Boeing, Northrop Grumman before starting full-time in the industry, garnering large levels of industry experience.  Outside of academics and work, Rob was has volunteered for organizations such as the Live Like Lou Foundation, Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, American Red Cross, Surfers for Autism, ALS Association, and Habitat for Humanity, on top of mentoring students in STEM and Career Guidance. Robert also enjoys traveling, learning to fly, scuba diving, skydiving, rock climbing, intramural sports, and most of all, living life to the fullest. Rob is most excited about the opportunity to continue his career, advise and mentor younger students and colleagues in STEM, and further the United States presence in space. LET’S GO!
