We say we want to lose weight, start working out and eat a healthy diet so that we can be super healthy when we're 80, but we still eat too much ice cream and our gym shoes are collecting dust. We have more "wellness" books than ever in history and we still have more diabetes, heart disease and cancer than ever in history. Clearly, we are educated beyond our level of obedience.
