Trailblazing with Kriste Peoples

Kriste Peoples is a writer, runner, coach, and teacher: truly a renaissance woman in the outdoor community. Kriste and Jamie talk about taking up space, creating a sense of belonging in the outdoors, and how meditation can inform our presence to the natural world.
