She has since dedicated her life to raising awareness of adult ADHD. As a former elementary school teacher turned ADHD coach she helps other mamas learn to work with their ADHD instead of against it. She considers herself to be a nerdy weirdo but a proud one. When she’s not working you can usually find her playing video games, watching Dr. Who reruns, or just hanging out with her fam. Today we are going to talk about how to begin to declutter your diet, which really is just about decluttering some of your lifestyle around food. You all know I love a good declutter session, but today my main point will be for you to LOAD your diet full of very nourishing, fuelling foods. My method of “crowding out” your diet with super foods that fuel your mind and body My top tips that will help you make a massive shift in your day to day diet Sharing my absolute favourite green smoothie recipe…(Find it below!)
