As we experience this current COVID19 pandemic that has kept us on lock down and social distancing, I have decided to open this conversation and share my insight & personal thoughts on how to shift from something negative to keep moving forward. Officially launching this Podcast to share with you about my very first guests who are making their way to building their LIFE LEGACY as brothers and as real estate investors. They are in service in Military & Airforce but found their knack to look at real estate as their vessel to help reach their life goals of financial success. They have gone through mistakes and life changes that eventually led them to gain wisdom that pushed them to believe in themselves going from the past to the present day. They have decided to use the "good debt" principles and created leverage by using Private Equity partnership with their real estate investment portfolio of 20 Doors. Now, they are advancing their approach towards Multi Family Housing and creating an investors co-op partnership to acquire real estate in the Million Dollar Mark range, as per property. They are working on the next property acquisition that will emphasize on equity partnerships and also their return of investment, until they reach ultimate success for 2020 year.
