I know that health is driving me forward with my recovery, but I do feel concerned at times. What if I'm not comfortable in my body when I do focus on health? What if I end up healthy, but not quite happy with the way that I look? I still struggle with the idea of wanting to be fit & lean, but recovering from binge eating disorder doesn't include that."
