#14 A Gratitude Prayer To The Universe
One of the best parts of my morning routine is my gratitude prayer. I love rituals so I have a special place to sit and I light a candle and burn incense. It is a lovely way to begin the day, from a place of deep gratitude. Of course, human nature will push you to ask for more, fill your head with desires, and constantly remind you there are people much better off materially or elsewise than you. But if you decide to live in a permanent state of abundance, you will shift your mind from cup half empty to cup half full and never again want for anything. I follow my gratitude prayer with meditation and yoga and then some journaling. I invite you to be inspired by my gratitude prayer to create your own. With light and love, Krista

#3: What do you do when you don’t know what to do?
When we feel stuck, we often do nothing. We ignore our intuition. We repress our feelings. We numb ourselves and keep ourselves distracted by busy-ness. This can go on for a while but if nothing changes, sooner or later, there are side effects and there becomes no choice but to face your true feelings, even if they scare you. The good life is a myth and many of us mistakenly follow society’s norms to define it instead of asking ourselves what we truly want out of life. This is the story of my wake up call, that led me to develop The SASSY Method, a self-help program for stuck people.

2# My SASSY Story Part 1 - It began in the middle....
To understand how to get to real happiness, you have to first 'wake up'. This means self-awareness that something is 'off' and the acknowledgment that the outward metrics you have always relied on to determine your happiness are flawed and you must stop pretending. There must be something more to life! At first, 'waking up' can feel like depression because you feel an emptiness and a deep void that doesn't make sense. But it is just a sign that you not living aligned with your true inner values. This is the very beginning of the journey. In this episode, I share my personal story of 'waking up' to discover there was something missing in my perfect life. I get really personal. It took a lot of courage to share all this with you but I want to be vulnerable because I am only human and I think my story may help someone who is in a similar situation to 'wake up' too.
