De'Sean Parsons was a Region 18 co-MVP during two seasons with the Salt Lake Community College men's basketball program. After finishing his collegiate eligibility, he's returning to Utah -- as a wide receiver with the Portland State football team, which plays Aug. 24 at BYU in the season opener for both teams.
