Juan didn’t really get his start with running till he turned 40 while looking for a big way to celebrate the birthday. Since then, he has done a few tri’s, half and full marathons. We talk about the things he’s learned and what keeps him coming back.

Matthew Cable has some big goals for his running career. He recently moved to Boulder, CO for a change of scenery and to see what happens when you go all in on running.

I’ve known Jordan since meeting him at Fleet Feet over 10 years ago, so I’ve watched his running/coaching journey for a bit now. We get into his journey to qualifying for the Boston marathon, coaching runners/orange theory participants, and dealing with a tough injury.

Colombia, Mo native and former Mizzou golden girl, Ashlee Chapman is my latest guest.
