Ep. 3 – Can’t Shut Up About Scrolls
In this week's episode: Kevin has found a new love interest, and its name is Scrolls. He's done nothing but play it for the past 5 weeks. He can't eat, sleep, or do his laundry without thinking about it. In fact, he is so infatuated with this game that he's going to pay for each listener to have a copy! Oh...wait...scratch that, he can't do it. He says he's completely broke. BUT, he would do it if he had the money! Hold on...nevermind. He says he wouldn't even if he had the money. Anyways, you get the picture. This game is great, and even though it's only in beta stage now, you should still definitely check it out! It's the trading card game you always wanted as a kid. This game is the second project of Mojang Studios, under the careful direction of Notch (the man who brought the world Minecraft). With a very unique graphic and gameplay style, Scrolls looks promising. We'd say more, but then that would defeat the point of our podcast. Along with a review of Scrolls. we lay out the ESRB breakdown for Spartacus: Legends, as well as give you three new Kickstarters to go check out: Frontier Massive Chalice Taxi Journey     Not sure why you're still reading this and not clicking the "play" button at the top. Ep 1: Greenheart, God of War, and Graduation
In this week's episode: We wanted to promote Greenheart Games so much that we were willing to sacrifice our own dignity. Go ahead and click on that giant, green heart to the left. It'll lead you to a website full of joy and excitement. Yes, you can thank us later. Why do we love this studio so much? Because they create fantastic games, that's why! So, head on over to their site and check out "Game Developer Tycoon" as soon as you possibly can. P.S. Don't pirate it, or you'll be sorry. We also want to make a shout out to some sick indie dub-step artists for letting us use their filthy beats in our intro: Click on the artist name to be transported to their Facebook page, and the song name for their Soundcloud.
