It takes your time, energy and focus away from the things that matter to you – your family, your loved ones, you own well-being – and throws your life off balance. What mindfulness, and the gift of your breath can do is put things back in balance by creating a space to step back, observe what’s happening and decide how you want to react to it. You have that power! You can decide if and where you want to put your focus, energy, and time. And the greatest time to do that is in the morning – before the day has started.
