Christmas Special | How Do You Define Your Own Success
In this Christmas Special edition of Journey Undiscovered, I’ve compiled the answers to the one question I’ve asked my guests… ‘How do you define your own success?’ I’m fascinated by their answers. The answer to that question can bring out our own set of values and beliefs, the belief systems we as event professionals pick up from our colleagues and teams we’ve worked with, as well as the societal beliefs we pick up from the culture we’re brought up in and live. Wishing you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas and a safe New Year.

Just Gold | Advocates for diversity, inclusion and social purpose
On this episode I’m joined by Kyriakos Gold & Sophia Fatouros from Just Gold Digital Agency Kyriakos became a multicultural media personality and a household name within the vibrant Greek Australian community through his work with SBS Australia and in government. Sophia was part of the ‘Greek Brain-Drain’, relocated to Australia after a two-decade-long career in radio, hosting one of Athens most successful breakfast shows. Both are connected by culture and involved with a number of communities including migrant/refugee, LGBTIQ, neuro-diversity and others, and they’re passionate advocates for multiculturalism, diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities. With Just Gold, they decided to become the change they wanted to see, determined to turn the industry on its head. Their migrant background was not the only thing they had in common and you’ll find what that is in this episode.
