This is the first episode where I have gone solo, no guest or co-host to keep us company. Its been a while since my last episode and I have been neglecting the podcast in order to work on other projects. Thanks for being patient and I hope you Enjoy whats in store. The main reason I was anxious to get Jayd here on the podcast was for one reason only, she's absolutely lovely and so is her partner in business and in life , Sonia .
