Stardom Budokan: Instant Reactions!
The biggest joshi show in a generation is over, and we were there (well, we were online) to see it! We go over the matches, talk about what we liked, what surprised us, and what we hope to see more of (and less of). Joe provides some insight into the in-ring promos and commentary (what high compliment did Akira Hokuto pay Giulia? Listen for the answer!) and Tom struggles with the gradual lack of coherence brought on by waking up at 2 a.m. to watch pro wrestling. It's a new day in Stardom and in joshi, and the Budokan show is an audacious statement of intent. Hop on Twitter to tell us what you think, if you agree, disagree, or want to tell poor sleepless Tom what the name of Utami's version of the Razor's Edge is:Tom: @OrfordEyeJoe: @xcornmuffinx Music by Julius H

Stardom Budokan Preview Spectacular
On March 3, Stardom will become the first joshi promotion since 1997 to run a show at the fabled Nippon Budokan, with a stacked card that includes everything from a rumble featuring stars of the past to a hair vs. hair match. Western fans will be able to watch live via the PIA streaming service, which Tom will be doing even though the show starts at the ungodly time of 2:30 in the morning Eastern US time! In this episode, we look over the card, make our predictions, provide context, and get ready for the biggest joshi show in a generation. We also look at the narrowing field of the AEW women's tournament (this episode was recorded on Feb. 27, so feel free to roast Tom on Twitter for his bad predictions), go over some recent joshi news, and more.Find us on Twitter:Tom - @OrfordEyeJoe - @xcornmuffinxTheme music by Julius H.

AEW Women's Tournament Bracket Breakdown
The AEW Women's Tournament is here, and we tell you everything you need to know about the Japan side of the brackets. Impress your friends and neighbors with the insights you'll gain into the careers of Rin Kadokura and Ryo Mizunami! Confidently choose a winner! Silence the Wrestling Twitter gatekeepers by noting that Mei Suruga wrestles in Tokyo Joshi Pro as a villainous French maid! All this, plus we talk about some recent shows we enjoyed, go over some recent news, and just generally have a fine old time talking about the most exciting form of pro wrestling in the world today.Find us on Twitter:Tom - @OrfordEyeJoe - @xcornmuffinxMusic by Julius H

Stardom and Ice Ribbon: A Tale of Two Hardcore Matches
In this episode, we take in recent shows from Stardom and Ice Ribbon, and contrast their approaches to hardcore matches, from extremely brutal (Ice Ribbon) to not very brutal at all (Stardom). We also stop to ponder whether Oedo Tai have become the geek squad of the Stardom roster, and what that might mean. Follow us on Twitter: @OrfordEye and @xcornmuffinxMusic by Julius H

Weakness is Better than Strength
Looking at a recent Pure-J show and a long story arc in ChocoPro, we talk about the pros and cons of a seemingly invulnerable wrestler like Sareee compared to a wrestler who has literally never won a match: Lulu Pencil. What makes a 'great' wrestler as opposed to a successful one? Find us on Twitter: @OrfordEye and @xcornmuffinxMusic by JuliusH

Maki Itoh is the President Now
The first episode of 2021 sees the boys looking at recent shows from Tokyo Joshi Pro and Diana, reviewing a classic tag match from 1996 in which Manami Toyota does things that shouldn't be possible, and talking about some recent joshi news including year-end awards, another way to honor Hana Kimura's memory, and more. Join us from New England and Tokyo as we explore the very finest in women's wrestling.
