We talk about privacy, engineering careers and switching between careers.

Developing infrastructure over time has been seen as a duty done by our government with the aim of improving the lives of its people. But private investors have put in considerable investment in bringing services that not only improve their businesses but of the communities around them. Citizen participation in infrastructural development is also evident although not as important as the first two. Therefore with a mix of all these stakeholders, whose role is it?

It is clear that construction projects in the country account for a significant portion of the national cake (economy), a conclusion that is clear to any person’s understanding of government’s projects and agenda’s such as the Big 4 and the Vision 2030. Therefore, our discussion is based on the results of employment where the number of employed graduates and the transfer of skills and advancement of technologies are still lagging behind.
