In this episode, I will be discussing how we can transcend our perception of reality into an empowered mindset. A practice that introduces the skills necessary to intentionally co-create our experience. Once we learn how to master our psychological alchemy. To pivot out of our outdated paradigm into an optimal version of self.

In this episode, I discuss how we are the co-creator of our reality. By the use of the mind's ability to construct the reality that we perceive. Like a dream within a dream, that continues to fabricate itself with the signature of our beliefs, thoughts, and concepts. A continuation that constructs all the experiences that validate our own unconscious and conscious patterns of assumption and accepted truths. That has been impressed upon our subconscious mind as truth. Until we make the choice that will change it forever.

In this episode, I discuss how life gives us the opportunity to discover our truth. Throughout the stages, events, and emotional triggers that introduce and create the process of spiritual development. Becoming the change we wish to see while setting ourselves free.

When we come into the awareness on how life serves us. We learn to perceive the experiences and individuals in our life from a higher point of view. Where we start to see how their role in our life plays a major role in our spiritual growth. As we learn the lessons and become graceful in our ability to accept, understand, forgive, and let go. While moving forward with a grateful and light heart.

Did we learn the lesson? Tell signs and experiences to tell us when we have learned a life lesson and when we have failed to cut the tie with it. A tie that leads to a continuation of a karmic lesson. Orchestrated to grant us the experience that introduces a different perception and evolution in life. While failing this lesson can leave us stuck in the burden of suffering and unfulfillment in life.

In this episode, I will be discussing the difference between the "ego" and the true "Ego" that we hold within our essence. While highlighting the process that allows us to become aware of these traits in ourselves and those who project them back to us. Using a process that gives us the opportunity to transmute our unconscious dross into transformed energy that expands our source. As we learn the practice of self-reflection and observation to reach our full potential.

The Maze Of Our Shadow Self A quick discussion on how being unaware and denying our shadow aspects. Can become the root cause of our suffering and distortion. As our shadows represent the unconscious nature of our human being experience. The shadows that are represented by our personified beliefs and thoughts. While being experienced by projection through others. As our shadow desperately await to be acknowledged, processed and healed for our soul evolution. As our higher awareness (higher self) guides us through the process of the internal journey of the subconscious maze within our mind. Its mission to create equilibrium while taming the egoic reactions that can become detrimental to the human psyche. Creating unwanted and impulsive behaviors, thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions. That keeps us trapped in the illusions of our own created suffering. As we lack the awareness, understanding, acceptance, and self-love that is needed to overcome our own mental, physical, and spiritual limitations.

In this episode, I will be discussing the deep truth behind this resonating profound quote that says "It takes the glory of God to conceal the matter and the honor of Kings to search it out". As learning to rule over ourselves, we discover the truth behind the veil that distorts our judgment over ourselves. Expanding our awareness of their existence and the disharmony they create. As they represent something much deeper than what we may believe. A battle that awaits our attention and acceptance of our whole being.
