This episode is about how it's really easy to get complacent in life. You reach a hill and sit there for years. When you have really big dreams that is usually accompanied with really low valleys. It's not for the weak and most just sit still.

This episode is Just a rant that stemmed from me listening to the Deep Dive playlist by Rick Ross on spotify.  I was soft intrigued by the context of how he used the word Gremlin that I looked it up and I found something amazing.  The 3 rules of Gremlins: Never expose them to the Light of Day Never get them Wet. Leave them dry Never Feed them after dark or Midnight.  Now read this list and replace the Word Gremlin with Dreams.   Sounds crazy but many people I know follow these same rules when it comes to their dreams and aspirations. Its more prevalent to hide them than to let them free. 

This is dedicated to a great Father, Mentor, Provider, Uncle and Friend. A man that made a humongous impact on where I am today passed recently and all I felt was extreme anxiety on what I had going on in my life at the time. I felt as if I hadnt repaid those debt to that person thru my actions. People plant seeds in you to see you grow. I dont want to seem like im always thinking life is a business transaction but.... You give to get. It not always money but is something valuable to you. I feel as if my uncle gave his time and home to the family because what he valued came as a result. First he got to see his family more often than most. Second he was able to provide a place for family to gather where more family could be connected. 99% of my family in Oklahoma I first met at my Uncles home. He enjoyed it and It really became obvious when I became an adult. So listen to the podcast and give people they fruits.

Knowing where your support comes from is critical to success. You know who shows you genuine love and cares about your future. Keep these people close.

Im just diving into this story and why so many of my people never take the lessons of this story as facts. We love the concept of the underdog winning but when it come to our personal lives we want to wait till we looking like Goliath to move our feet. We dont want to get embarrassed.. YOU HOLDING YOUR OWN HAPPINESS HOSTAGE.. stop that please.

Just a deeper dive on the subject of growth. As we become more acquainted with ourselves we tend to want to test our newly found skills. The thing is we will never have all the knowledge. More importantly we need to understand why things happen instead of proving who or what is right or wrong.

If you want the real power you have to go hard and do it often. Half steppers get lackluster results. Doing it here and there gets you no results. PRACTICE IS WHAT WE TALKING ABOUT.. LOTS OF IT.

99.999 percent of humans are built the exact same. We have a tbin covering over our body called skin that makes us look different. In the inside we all have the same things. We all have emotions and thoughts. Some of us excel to the heights of the human experience and some fall to the depths of it. Most are right in the middle. Please dont think for one minute you cant reach either of those levels if you truly want to be there.

A look into the motives of myself and a mentor on how they conquered hardships and how they continue to do so..

Pep talk about why things arent getting done in your life. You have to make thing important to get them done.

When you want something out of the ordinary in this life you have be willing to take some loses figure out whats best for you. AVOIDING new things is the best way live if you dont want to live an exciting life and just want to live.. Everybody dies but not everybody lives is what im talking bout. You know the quote!

Too often we maniefest things in our lives unconsciouslly and its damaging. So take extra time to be careful what you ingest into your mind and body. It definitely does produce a result.

Focusing on your own life is doing this that bring you happiness. True happiness is long lasting and you continually draw energy from Those experiences. Its those things or events that you can remember and want to do more at the drop of a hat. On the other hand living out somebody elses life will have you doing things illogically and you'll have too many bottoms right after a win where you're searching for a high because the last thing you did left you unsatisfied.

Too many of lifes lessons pass and get forgotten. We need that build up of lessons to refine us. Just like the exercise builds up musles.

Adjusting your mind and business is ESSENTIAL... like home depot during quarantine ESSENTIAL.

People are very complex in todays world. comparing yourself apples to apples to another person is impossible.. But we do it so often and dont even know what your actually up against. Most high efficiency people are actually a few people that move like one person..
