With the new way of life given to all of us, some may not know what real struggles we in the arts are having to deal with. I go in depth in this new phycological world we live in with one of Country Music  Canadian Artist Drake Jensen,,  the journey is hard but has given us some new ways of thinking and giving us all a chance to take a breath,..... find acceptance in that world.Tia McGraff / Fawn Ti Publishing - SOCANTommy Parham/ MandiTY Music - ASCAPWhat the Hell Am I Doin' Here : from Day In My Shoes albumLavender Tea TV track: from the Diversity Album Go Your Own Way : written with Kevin Fisher : McJames Musichttp://www.kevinfisher.me/ background acoustic music trak:TITLE by ARTIST LINK TO ARTIST Promoted by MrSnooze https://youtu.be/kUZTWj2Lxo0 License: Creative Commons  Where Ever Love Takes Us :Written by John Rose Arnybarn Publishing Drake Jensen music: https://www.drakejensen.ca/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/DrakeJensenMusicTwitter: https://twitter.com/drakejensenInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/drake.jensen/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvYkMsN3-u4ckqFwuHnaPZA Patrick Masse: https://www.patrickmasse.com/ Intro Song: Abigail - from the Break These Chains CDOutro Song: Radical Road- from the Diversity CD

Storms Of November
SITTING HERE OVERLOOKING THE BEAUTIFUL LONG POINT BAY ON LAKE ERIE, UNUSUALLY WARM NOVEMBER DAY. STILL REVELLING IN THE GLOBAL CELEBRATION OF THE 46TH PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION OF JOE BIDEN AND VP ELECT KAMALA HARRIS. MEANWHILE, NOV. STORMS ARE STILL BREWING. LIKE OUR BEAUTIFUL LAKE ERIE, TODAY HER WATERS ARE CALM AS GLASS, BUT A SUDDEN UNEXPECTED STORM CAN WHIP UP AT ANY MOMENT AND SEND SAILORS AND BOATERS SEEKING SHORE. We have some conversation about what is the state of our current storm, the humanity element of it.. how it's effecting us personally, with close friends  in ICU with covid, and dealing with some of the general publics bizarre s fantasy world they think we live in with this virus. We go through and honor the animals that were a huge part of WWI and WWII. And some inspirational stories of what human compassion  can really be like if we all just took a step back and gave more instead of take.Song's Played in this episode: Publishing info :Tia McGraff / Fawn Ti Publishing - SOCANTommy Parham/ MandiTY Music - ASCAPLight House -  from the album DiversityWhiskey Ship  - from the album  Break These ChainsHere With Me Tonight - from the album  Stubborn In My BloodVega Star -  from the album Diversity Jake's Lullaby adaptation inspired from: Hobo's Lullaby  by Goebel ReevesPerformed and adaptation written by Willis PrachtHARLIE BROWN/GERMAN PILOT STORY (SENT BY DON BADDER) Background music for story : PatrioticItem URL:https://audiojungle.net/item/patriotic/16271008 Intro Song: Abigail - from the Break These Chains CDOutro Song: Radical Road- from the Diversity CD

Halloween Party
Halloween is a favorite time of the year for me,, I love everything about it. We talk about memories that are connected to the songs we chose for this episode. I found some really great stories that I'll share as we go along.  We have some special news that I can't wait to share regarding 1st Nation Radio in Newfoundland.  We spent some time in the Carpathian Mountains in Romania a few years ago and we share that memory with a rather bizarre fun time there.Had a theme style event happen in Silver City, New Mexico where we met Geronimo  great grandson. Song's Played in this episode:Publishing info :Tia McGraff / Fawn Ti Publishing - SOCANTommy Parham/ MandiTY Music - ASCAPMessed Up World from Diversity CDDevils Gold from Day In My Shoes CDBaby's Got A Banjo from Crazy Beautiful CDKinengan ( Gypsy Queen)from Jewels Café  written by Tia McGraff andDennis Scherer Miss Jesse Publishing SOCANGhost of 66  written by G. Our eyes, briefly, see with a hurtful clarity. Our memory, suddenly sharpened, examines, gnaws on kind wordsunsaid, promised walks never taken.Great souls die and our reality, bound to them, takes leave of us.Our souls, dependent upon their nurture, now shrink, wizened. Our minds, formed and informed by their radiance, fall away.We are not so much maddened as reduced to the unutterable ignoranceof dark, cold caves. And when great souls die, after a period peace blooms, slowly and always irregularly. Spaces fill with a kind ofsoothing electric vibration. Our senses, restored, never to be the same, whisper to us.They existed. They existed. We can be. Be and be better. For they existed.
