Just For Fun - Exploring Consciousness
Originally not intended to be a Podcast - This is a Post Float perspective and solo discourse after mixing edibles, meditation & breath-work for 60 minutes in a sensory deprivation tank. I love to float and have done so many times. On this occasion however, I decided to record what was surfacing in my waking mind after the float. It was not my first time using edible's while floating, but it was the first time consciously practicing a particular Pranayama / breath-work technique i've been developing. This technique allows me to go really deep into my subconscious, dropping way out of the in body experience. It's a trip! I was really deep in meditation, I am still really slow and really drozy on the recording (basically rambling about my experience) but thought i'd post it anyway. Someone might enjoy it!
