(THE STUFF): -2 pounds meat 1 cup of spinach (Basil) chopped 2 eggs 1 cup of Bread crumbs (ignore what i said on the recording) Half of a onion (optional) Seasonings of choice (Salt & Pepper for sure) (MAKE THE STUFF): *Add all together in a big bowl, mix together until well blended. Roll out your meatballs in the palm of your hand (about half dollar size) Grease pan or use aluminum to line pan Oven 375, cook for about 45min-hour (cut one in half to make sure id done if needed, i do!)
