I talk about how important mental health is to me and different experiences, instances, opinions and stories on the matter.

In the first segment I’m with Ames, telling her about a crawfish broil we went to and then we just listen to some music. In the second segment I speak on a past relationship and how I’ve grown and learned from it. I also speak my mind on some things I’ve seen happening lately.
