When the stresses of life becomes unbearable, it'd natural for us to feel like walking away from the people and circumstances that's causing us frustration. Be Still. God never intended for us to deal with the stresses of life on our own.

From time to time our faith will be challenged. Instead of trusting God, it's easy to succumb to our doubts and fears. But Philippines 4:6 reminds us to pray—and not worry.

I wish I could explain why bad things happen to good people but I can't. However, what I do know it's the devil's plan to frustrate us to the point where we we deny the very existence of God.

Life is short, but too many people are living with regrets and feeling guilt because they have failed to reach out to someone with whom they have had a disagreement.

Ephesians 2;10 reminds us that; "We are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before hand that we should walk in it."

Making a commitment to change, shouldn't only be a yearly exercise but a daily practice. Change is never easy, but with God's help, and in His strength you will be able to do more than you imagined possible.

By having the right perspective of a situation, you will be better able to deal with whatever comes your way.

God never intended for us to live hurried lives. It was never His intention for us to have unfocused and cluttered thoughts that would affect our relationship with Him.

It is never easy walking through the wilderness seasons of life. But if we remain obedient and patient, God will give us a blessing far greater than anything we will have to go through.

It is easy to get caught up and keep doing what feels comfortable. But in order for us to experience God's best, we will have to step outside of our comfort zone and do the things that are difficult, and emotionally challenging.

Sometimes the people you expect to care about you are the ones who neglect you. But Jesus never forsake you. He knows your name.

Words have power. God spoke and created the heavens and the earth. Our words are containers of power, and we can use them to bring harm or healing.

Which is more important. Self discipline or walking in the Spirit?

Subconsciously I believe we think, since we are made in the image and likeness of God, we are all on the same page. But the truth is, we are not. His ways are not our ways, and neither are His thoughts ours.

Are you living in strife or peace? As children of God, we have this assurance of perfect peace and yet at times, instead of abiding in our Father's peace, we allow our hearts to be troubled and burdened down by the cares of this world.

Despite everything going on in your life, God is still God and worthy of our praise!

Be still. turn everything off and sit with yourself. Listen for God to speak to you in the stillness. Quiet your mind, and turn your heat's frequency to FM STILLNESS. 

We live in a selfish world, and for the most part everyone thinks only about themselves. It is easy for us to seek God when we want Him to do things for us, forgetting about that friend or family member who might have a greater need than ours at the time. God desires to bless us, but I believe we will only receive the manifestation of the things we seek, by first being a channel of blessing to someone else first.

Have you every wondered to yourself, what could you have done so wrong to deserve the suffering you are having to endure? When our lives are in chaos, it is easy to lose sight of hope. However, even when we can't see Him manifesting in our circumstances, God promises to never leave us or forsake us. 

No one likes trouble, but while we are here on earth we will have plenty of it. Trouble is not partial to anyone. It's just a simple fact of life. However, even when we have to endure the darkest of days, God's love and peace for us is constant.
